My first hand experience when buying a car was good very friendly and easy going it wasn’t until the car slipped its timing and then it all went down hill from there found out that the car had a wet belt even after I told the salesman I didn’t want a car with one as they come with a hand full of problems to then found out after being told I would be eligible for a courtesy car that I actually wasn’t because you have to be 21 to then be told that for a further 8 weeks that the wet belt was on back order to then turn 21 and get told there’s no courtesy car available so phoned up at least twice a week for another three weeks to go by to finally be told a car was available and I will get that at the latest of the next Monday to phone up that Monday to be told it’s not and there was never one available for them to then tell me that the wet belt was never it’s was the vvt solenoid and pulleys but they didn’t wanna tell me that on any phone call before that when I was asking if you’d managed to find the belt to which they informed me a week later that the parts had arrived after being on back order for two and a half months for them to say they just need to get it in the workshop to fit said parts for me to then get a call today for them to say they actually don’t have all the parts and a pulley is on back order and they don’t no when it will be back in stock so I would definitely not recommend as you will get absolutely appalling after sales team to help you when not a single one of them help in any way each phone call ends up being an inconvenience and you’d think that after three months of having the car they'd show some support and try and help you get back on the road asap so if your looking to waste money and have your car that your paying for to be parked in a lot collecting dust while you watch your money blow away in the wind I’d recommend but if you don’t I’d stay far away from trade centre

Relatively quick and responsive process, generally friendly team. Some minor issue in which the premium service wasn’t fully explained but included in price, however thankfully the lady who did spot it at the end explained what it was and offered to take it off if I didn’t want to proceed with the choice.

Seamless journey from start to finish. Sufiyan, Akir and Jordan stand out for their polite and professional manner throughout.

Don't buy from here, the car I purchased developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, when we finally got through to them, we had to pay to recover the car to our home address, various calls made to a third party call centre, no call backs. I finally sent an e-mail saying I want a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 2 days later I received a call from a 3rd party recovery company wanting to collect the car. This was refused as we hadn’t had any response from the Trade Centre saying this was going to happen. Called again and was promised an urgent call back that day, they rang the wrong number and messaged me on the right number saying that I missed the call. Today I have forwarded my original e-mail to them again, which prompted a phone call to the wrong number again, but as its my wife's phone I took the call. They have now said that because they don’t have their own recovery truck, they will send my details to a third party recovery company to collect the car. Time scale unknown as to when its being collected, time scale unknown as to how long the car will be with Trade Centre, they will not supply a courtesy car to vehicles that are being inspected. I’m now left paying a loan with out a car, without any times scale to when it will be collected. It seems that the Reports of selling faulty cars that has been on the BBC News is very real! On a side note, the cars and the prices on the website don’t exist! If you ring and ask about any of them they just suggest you come to site and look. Another case of mis-selling that need investigating. I will update this review as things progress.

Another update: 10 days since the car was reported faulty and its still sitting on my drive with no date or time for collection. Anyone reading this please don't consider buying a car from this company!

Update 14/08/2026: The car has finally been collected, they have said that there is no fault with the car, (but have changed the battery) totally contradicting the photographic and video evidence that was supplied to them showing the fault. They have illegally refused to refund the cost of the car saying that under the Consumer Act 2015 that they are allowed to fix the problem, this is true after the 30 days but not during the 30 days. I have rejected their response and am waiting on them again. Further updates to come.

Update 15/08/2026: After talking to CAB and logging a complaint with them to get it escalated to Trading Standards, we have collected the car, they said that the warranty will be extended by another 28 days or 1000 miles. Again breaking the Consumer Act 2015. which is as follows:

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have up to six years to bring a legal claim against a retailer for faulty goods. This is a limitation period for court claims, not a blanket 6-year guarantee; items must only last a reasonable length of time based on their price and quality.

Key Rules and Time frames

0 to 30 days: Right to reject a faulty item and get a full refund.
30 days to 6 months: Retailer gets one chance to repair or replace the item before you can claim a refund.
After 6 months: You must prove the fault was present when you bought the item, and the retailer may deduct money for use if they refund you.

Our car went faulty within the first 30 days, but Trade Centre flatly refused to do a refund.

Please don't buy a car from here.

Our whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was super helpful.
