Trade Depot Reviews

Excellent product, great staff and very efficient as i brought on line and picked up 2hrs latter.

What made this experience with trade depot was the emails kept me up to date and my product that I purchased one week arrived the following week that was great. Door to door service you can't get better than that I would recommend trade depot to everyone.

Great service, awesome products , very quick delivery service regardless of your location

Good range of vacuum cleaners for excellent prices

Shopping at trader depot Hamilton is my secret addiction. The guys onsite are always helpful and friendly. The prices are great and the products are good quality.

Fantastic experience with Trade Depot Christchurch!

I recently purchased a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the customer service.

Mandy, Hamish, and Puja were excellent throughout the whole process. A special mention to Puja, who went above and beyond to organise the delivery as quickly as possible and made the whole experience so easy.

The delivery team was also fantastic. If I remember his name correctly, Mr Gurpreet Singh and his colleague were extremely helpful, professional, and careful with the delivery.

It’s not often you come across such a helpful and customer-focused team. Five stars for the products and, especially, for the amazing customer service.

Highly recommended Trade Depot Christchurch!

Trade Depot is the best business to buy off

This is about delivery. No delivery updates for about 10 days and the text message for delivery comes 6 minuites before the actual delivery. This is a large item (Dishwasher) and it was lucky I was at home but if there is no one on the address, the delivery driver will just leave the item under the rain. This is a good store but Zero stars for delivery system.

Gave them a call also a couple of times to ensure I am home and the helpdesk gave me several timeframes for the delivery times which were all incorrect.

The staff were fantastic — helpful and knowledgeable, and even helped load everything into my vehicle after I said I'd be fine on my own. It's truly a one-stop shop, and the range and pricing were great too. The pick-up process was smooth and easy, with no issues at all. I haven't had a single problem with any of my purchases so far.I'm a number one advocate of Trade Depot, and I've had friends and family make purchases based on my recommendation.

Service from Trade Depot was excellent from sales and product enquiries to delivery. A very human experience and communications from in person to phone staff was excellent. A highly recommended experience

Really helpful staff. The service was amazing. I loved wandering around the shop. I bought things I forgot I needed

I do all my appliance shopping at TD Great fast delivery and good prices.

Trade depot is the only place I will shop for appliances way better then the bigger retailers highly recommend

Simple straightforward process and timely delivery, again. Good product well priced. Highly recommend.

Great service and very nice staff members thank you Rishi

Good selection of products that are very well priced. Like free delivery with spend $30 and over. User friendly application for online ordering. Delivery service was great but thought could have been quicker but okay as free delivery. Products ordered as described. Happy with service and will continue to support Trade Depot. Many thanks.

Bought the 22 panel solar system for thousands and thousands of dollars.
The system is good. The logistics are sub par.
There were a few missing items upon delivery.
Make a call and ask for them to be sent.
Ask about a courier as it will likely be faster. I live very rural and know a courier wont come to the door so we have a PO box that is fine for 99% of companies out there.
Not TD. It wont enter in our computer so we cant....
Are you too inept to sort a label another way?
So we wait for the truck...
3 weeks later it arrives..
We start the installation and find we need some extra parts. About 6 different things and just a handful of each.
Order online. 1 bag ships by courier funnily enough from Christchurch and arrives in 2 days. Not to our door but to a drop off point in town.
The other items, a truck rolls up nearly 2 weeks later, and we have had to put contractors on hold while we wait.
And then guess what. 1 bag of stuff is missing.
The driver just casually says if somethings missing we'll that's all I have as he strolls off, gets in his truck and dissappear as I stand there in disbelief.
I call the helpdesk, and get the "I dont know why that didnt get sent, ill check".
Nah you know what. Just give me a refund as im done.
The fact this is a proprietary system to TD is the only reason I had to order these parts from them
Thankfully I think i can get the clips elsewhere.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the system itself is good, but everything else is poor.
