A quick and easy process from ordering…
A quick and easy process from ordering to delivery. I was kept informed when to expect delivery. The delivery was great and the driver too. He was able to get the pallet in to the garage for me which saved a lot of time and effort for me. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Services was great
Ordered 8 off PIR boards at perhaps around 7-10% below prices elsewhere. Delivery was on the day expected, received a text in advance and tracking info to be ready for courier's arrival. Courier was friendly and helpful and PIR boards were well protected for transport so arrived undamaged and exactly as expected.

100% avoid at all costs..
100% avoid at all costs..
Ordered an item that had a longer lead time than realised (completely my mistake) which delayed the whole order beyond my required delivery date, cancelled within 24 hours and was charged £120 cancellation fee..
Nearly 50% of the order value..
Despicable service and avoid this online only trader at all costs if you can!!!

Hi Chris,
We're disappointed to read your 1-star review.
As you acknowledged in your review, the longer lead time was due to the product you ordered being a special-order item, and the 7–14 working day lead time was clearly displayed on the product page before you placed your order. We actually managed to have your order ready within 7 working days, the earliest end of the advertised timeframe.
After placing the order, you contacted us to say you needed it sooner than the advertised lead time. Unfortunately, while we always do our best to help customers, we cannot shorten manufacturer lead times for made-to-order products.
When you chose to cancel, the cancellation charge reflected the costs imposed on us by the manufacturer for a special-order item that had already been processed. This is outlined in our terms and conditions and is not a fee we apply arbitrarily.
We appreciate that the situation was frustrating, but it's unfair to describe our service as "despicable" when we fulfilled the order within the stated lead time and followed our published cancellation policy. We always encourage customers to check lead times before ordering, particularly where materials are needed for a specific date.
Thank you.
Easy to use website made finding the product simple, super fast delivery and a very helpful driver. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone needing insulation. Follow up care to make sure everything went smoothly.

Thank you for your feedback Mark. We're pleased to hear that you received your order, but we're sorry that our delivery communication made the process feel stressful.
The information we provide about being available to receive the delivery and checking for any damage is there to help protect our customers. As we supply building materials rather than small parcels that can simply be left on a doorstep, it's important that someone is on site to accept the delivery and inspect the goods on arrival. This helps ensure that any issues, such as damage or missing items, can be reported immediately, making them much easier to resolve with the courier.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will review our delivery communications to ensure they explain the reasons behind these requirements more clearly. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Straight forward and good prices
Straight forward and good prices. With the delivery they moved other items out the way and plopped the new insulation underneath with the other element ontop as the insulation was better to support the other items rather than the other way around.

Convenient, cheap, easy
Compared to any prices online or in the big named stores, cost to me for insulation and fire plasterboard were rock bottom, perfect condition items no damage no factory 2nd the same stuff at cheaper cost. Deliverd to my door only had to move it once, from drop off to wall, couldn't put a price on that.

Value for money insulation products
Looked around for plasterboard with vapour barrier and price from Trade insulations was a third cheaper than anything local. The insulation blocks were of a similar cheaper cost. The plasterboard and insulation were Knauf brand so were of good quality. Delivery was prompt but expensive. however even with the delivery charge it still worked out cheaper than a local supplier.
