I found an action figure in stock on Trade Sports which was hard to find elsewhere. This seemed a bit odd to me because of the nature of the store, but I took a punt based on the Trustpilot score be... Toon meer

Bad customer service
The order arrived quickly. The trainers were good but too small. I went through the returns link but have not received anything from them. No response to emails and no returns label. Not happy with their customer service. I won’t be using them again.
Update. They did reply to my emails eventually. They sent the return label and I was able to return. They have gone up in my initial estimation.

My item was incorrect
My item was incorrect. They sent my package 2 and a half sizes too big I had a hard time getting a return/refund label. I am still trying to inquire a return shipping label and have not gotten a response after a email was sent

On our website we sell all our products so that it says UK Size and then the number, we include a conversion chart as well. In this case you ordered a UK 7 which is not the same as a US 7, the difference is +2.5 therefore UK 7 = US 9.5. This was explained in 3 separate emails none of which you replied to, you can still return the item to us but we cannot provide a free returns label as accidental mistake was our responsibility. We are very sorry this transaction didn't go the way you wanted but the return remains open.
Fast and reliable

Women's Trainers
Brought a pair of women's trainers a few days ago. I have never heard of this company, but the delivery was quick, the trainers appear to be genuine Adidas and arrived in a decent new condition. Very happy with the service and trainers received. Would use this company again, thank you :)
