We were invoiced and charged for a 7-day turnaround service. We have yet to receive our transcript, which is now four days overdue.

Horrible! Such a waste of my money!!

My name is Gonzalo I. Gil Order Number: 700-466DC0A4. You accepted a number of songs to be transcribed into guitar tabs, and you never delivered them, but had no problem charging my account. I need to know what happened. I have sent more than 3 emails asking you and you refuse to answer.

I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan.

I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.

I typically go to another transcription service but when they could not perform the job stating that the audio quality was too poor and they could not fulfill the order, I was dumbfounded. The quality was not the best but I could hear and understand the content and wondered why no one on their team could do the job. I turned to Transcribe.com. No issues, they promptly returned a complete transcript within a matter of hours.

I have used Transcribe.com in the past and needed to scrutinize the transcriptions for multiple errors. Recently, I submitted recordings to Transcribe.com, paid for the service and then Transcribe responded that they would not transcribe them. Upon their direction, I submitted an inquiry as to why my recordings were not transcribed. No answer! I did get a full refund. This gave me the opportunity to research and locate a different transcription service that provided transcriptions in less than 24 hours with at least 98% accuracy. Sorry, but I will no longer use Transcribe.com.

So easy and fast. And it was done ahead of schedule. Will be coming back here in the future.

Getting transcriptions is confusing and wastes time when there is more than one order. There's no way to tell one order from another. Orders contain file numbers but it's meaningless to customers. It would help if you included customer-given file names or notes in the order summary or email notice. Thx.

TRANSCRIBE has the best transcripts available in the market to the average consumer. I know what what I'm talking about because I have tried other transcript services such as TRANSCRIBE ME, and others, using the same file for transcribing just different prices and options. TRANSCRIBE turned out to be the best service. I had a site which basically analzed the file and gave a a very choppy version of what happened and asked me to type and fill the blank spaces. Not TRANSCRIBE! When I got my transcript back a couple days after paying a very low fee. The transcript of the audio file was in perfect order. A dialogue of all people talking in the background. No misspelling of the situation. This is why I give TRANSCRIBE the best rating possible!

I'm extremely happy with my transcript. It was delivered on time and very accurate. Despite of very minors mistake I definitely recommend the services. I recommended transcribe.com to all my classmates.

Transcribe.com came through in a pinch. The company I had contracted with was not able to deliver the transcriptions on time, so I needed a rush on getting them done and they were able to deliver for a reasonable price. Transcriptions were highly accurate as well. Will definitely use them again!

my experience with the website wasn't bad at all. It was the results I got from my call being transcribed. Some things that I could hear in the call wasn't on paper. There were even some sentences that I could hear fine but on the transcript the sentences were completely wrong.

I have used Transcribe.com only once, but I was impressed. Delivered on time, with a transcription that was better than expected. I fixed a couple very minor things, but it was about 98% accurate. The transcriptionist had to make judgment calls regarding punctuation and extraneous terms, and did a very good job. One spelling was questionable, but it came with a note and time stamp in brackets as an indication that I should review closely. I appreciated that, and based on this one experience, I would use the service again.
