I am the CEO of PCClassesOnline.com (about to be rebranded to Tech Talk America) and we have started using your service for all of our classes so they can be immediately translated into 91 languages for our users who don't natively speak English. The quality is top notch and the pricing is very fair. Before we discovered your service we'd had horribly flaky relationships with people on Fiverr.com who would do a half assed job and usually deliver late (or never). You'll get plenty of business from people I personally consult with who are getting into the YouTube/Virtual Classroom industry.

Transcribe.com representatives were guided me through the request process and sent useful updates. Sending materials via URL is extremely convenient for our workflow and the order tracking area of the site is great for keeping tabs on projects. It would be great if multiple user accounts that are all part of the same organization could share the same order tracking system.

The company and customer service was great. Product upload and delivery was on time and clear. The only drawback was that the content of my recording includes industry-specific terminology that the transcriber was not familiar with so some words were incorrect.

Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

I'm a TV producer and I'm constantly getting material transcribed. Recently while under a tight deadline I found this service and was blown away at the quality of the transcription and the fact that it was so cost effective. I will be using transcribe.com for all of my transcriptions from here on out.

Such a quick turn around and perfect transcription

Almost every order I placed with them was late - and they would give me some weak excuse. If you offer 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. service, then you should have the work done in that time frame. An email telling me you're going to be late does me no good. I tried these guys, but couldn't count on them to come thru with what they promised to deliver.

Excellent transcription services for my many video files. The work is accurate and returned in a timely manner. Good value too.
My only suggestion would be to standardize the file types that the work is done in. For example, I received both MS Word and Rich Text files - which were okay, but it would have been nice to have them all in MS Word. Also, the document formatting should be standardized too. My transcriptions appeared slightly different, even the MS Word files. This was not a problem per se, but again, it would be nice to have them all look uniform... particularly if one wants to paste the different transcripts together, as I did.

What a great service. Very quick and efficient. Very accurate and the end product was formatted very nicely. Easy to adapt to whatever the end goal of your transcription might be!

I go to them with all of my transcription jobs as long as I have the right file or youtube URL. It would be nice if they accept all types of files and URLs but I suppose that might take away from the fast turn around. They are also very pleasant to work with if I run into any problems (but hardly any).

The upload and preparation process was easy and straight forward. Transcribe.com provided the finished translations on time, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The interviews included some difficult medical terms and names of locations, but I felt that the transcribe team was able to provide a very accurate transcription. I would, most certainly, use this product again.

A thorough review revealed only a handful of words had been misunderstood. It was so simple to upload the files, get the price quote, place the order, and receive the Word docs returned when and as promised. Highly recommend!

I went with another company before to do a transcription of a project for training purposes and the results were horrible. It took me longer to fix all their errors than it would have taken me to transcribe it myself. Transcribe.com did an excellent job.
