Very responsive to emails. The driver called us ahead of time to confirm pickup location. He was great company and even did a little bit of "guide" work pointing out landmarks around the city. I would definitely use this company again!

We had anxious moments when the driver did not appear on schedule. So much so we had taken steps to have the hotel make alternate arrangements when the driver finally arrived.

The first driver did not come at the pick up on 21.06 due to some problems but in 30 minutes another driver came and we arrived well to our cruise ship.

We booked transfers for 2 trips, one from our Rome hotel to the Civitavecchia port and back. The driver was courteous, arrived on time, the ride was smooth. Both trips. The booking experience was great and Mathilde was very helpful. Would definitely book them again for any future trips.

Received quick reply to our request, and clear instructions. Our flight ended up changing, so we were more rushed than originally planned. Our driver Claudio was on time, drove safely and quickly to make sure we arrived to airport on time! Very highly recommended.

Service was excellent, the driver arrived on time and was very professional. The vehicle was very clean and seats were comfortable. They made it easy to get from airport to hotel and hotel to train station with a wheelchair van. Andre was a great driver.

Our driver was on time at the Port and did a great job of pointing out points of interest on our way from the cruise port to Rome. His English was good and he was very professional. The limo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend your company to other travelers and we would use you again should the need arise.
One suggestion would be to reconfirm the pick up point and time the day before the scheduled date.

Im Urlaub ohne eigenes Auto und in einem fremden Land ist es schwierig, sich fortzubewegen. Ich hatte einen Flug vom Flughafen Fiumicino und war in Civitavecchia. Glücklicherweise fand ich diesen Service, dass ich mit Pünktlichkeit und Effizienz pünktlich zu meinem Flug ankommen konnte. Ich war überrascht von der Sauberkeit des Fahrzeugs und der Professionalität und Freundlichkeit des Fahrers . Ich würde sicher weiter empfehlen.

I used your company to transport six persons and luggage three times. The driver was pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. The car was clean. You assigned the SAME driver for all three trips. It was wonderful to have the same driver to build confidence and a relationship.
