Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from TransNusa.

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled twice, leaving me with no reasonable option but to book alternative travel at my own expense in order to return home to my children. This resulted in over $1,100 AUD in additional costs.

I have contacted the airline multiple times and sent a formal complaint, yet after more than a week I have received no response or acknowledgment.

For an airline, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable — especially when customers are left stranded and financially impacted due to repeated cancellations.

I am now forced to escalate this matter to aviation and consumer protection authorities.

I would strongly urge others to reconsider booking until customer support and communication improve.

Flight from Bali Dps to Perth. On check was told my baggage was overweight and had to pay approx 80 euro for additional 5kg. The transnusa scales were incorrect. My bags were 20kgs, two bags each weighted 3 kg over. Prior to flight I had them weighted and they were just under 20kgs for both. With the same clothes etc I flew Ercan to Istanbul with no overweight, Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur weight of 40 Kgs two cases ok, Kuala Lumpur to Medan same no weight issues, Medan to Jakarta no added weight problems both bags less than 20kg each Jakarta to Labuan Bajo no excess baggage problems, Labuan Bajo to Lombok again bags weighted less than 40kgs. As state before check in with TransNusa bags were just under 20Kgs each yet out of all the different airlines I flew they said the two bags were 46kg. It was either deliberate to get more money or the scales were wrong. I think it was to get more money as they would not listen no get a manager when asked. Be careful with this airline at Bali airport.

I travel many times back and fort with Transnusa between Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. 9 of the 10 flights have delay and mostly longer then 2 hours. This company should change their management or stop with the service. What a disaster. I recommend everybody to avoid the flight to Kuala Lumpur with Transnusa

I travel every two weeks to Bali where I live . TransNusa is by far my preferred Airline . Cheap flights, Staff are always kind and considerate, Presently a free 20 kilo bag . Unbelievably normally the flights are not full . Just head and shoulders above any other airline travelling to Bali .

I booked a two-leg journey with TransNusa, but due to their scheduling error, the second leg was moved ahead of the first, making it impossible for me to complete my trip. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and repeated requests for a refund, I received no timely or helpful response. The lack of accountability and communication has been incredibly frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I would not recommend TransNusa to anyone seeking reliable service or customer support.
