I have just been on the line for 15 minutes to report a fault.I was number 1 in the queue right from the beginning then they just cut me off.
I will definitely be changing my telephone provider as soon as possible

The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. I was very pleased with the response.

Sophie was very helpful once she first contacted me. However it was five days after first reporting the fault that I was contacted.

Usually you are very quick with a breakdown. The broadband was back on quite fast but it took nearly a month to get the landline back. I know they are not used much but I have a hospital consultant who will use that even when I’m texted that he is going to ring.

You worked promptly to help my elderly relative to change account details and save a little money.

Whilst waiting to be connected, 10 mins, rather excessive I thought, I read some of the feed back on Trustpilot where it appeared Belle was the only person answering calls! She then answered mine! And was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue with my Mother's care line and checking and changing her package. Thank you so much. Excellent service.
