Sarah (office manager) and Dan (driver) facilitated our minibus return transfer from outer London to central London for a party on Saturday night. Sarah was helpful throughout the booking process and easily reachable to communicate with. Dan was friendly and professional. I was initially worried having read some reviews but can now confidently rate this 5*

Used the company online to get a mini bus from Portsmouth to London after a wedding. They matched the best offer I had and communicated all driver info well in advance and triple checked all the details with me.
On the day the original driver had an issue but they swiftly confirmed the replacement and everything went off without a hitch.
Very happy with the service, Emma who was in contact with me whenever necessary was great. Happy to recommend based on my experience

In March I booked & paid for a minibus to transport my family & another family to a wedding on August 3rd. During the week leading up to the event I e mailed & received reassurance all was in order from Alex. I do not believe she confirmed the booking with the driver named on my invoice receipt. Had she done this a new driver could have been organised. On August 3rd I phoned the driver to check his eta to find he was in Norfolk & knew nothing of the booking. I phoned Alex who said she would get back to me - I called Head Office who said I should be patient as I would be called. We did not have time to wait if there was no replacement - no resolution was given. The families at extra expense took taxis and trains in order to not miss this occasion. I called Alex on the train who assured me a new driver would be there to collect us from the venue & return us home. This did happen for which we were grateful. Back & forth about refunds came to nothing despite going to a manager - Sarah, pretty disrespectful to my being the customer who had done nothing wrong! I was told I shouldn’t believe any driver who would obviously not admit their mistake. I can’t quite see why this would be the case. I got £100 refund from £375 outlay which did not cover the journeys we had to organise or the stress caused by inefficiency. I received an apology admitting it was all their mistake but could not believe that there was no goodwill gesture. It was all very jolly until it went wrong. I was asking for a refund of half the cost which I feel would probably have been fair & would represent a real apology for our inconvenience. I would absolutely urge people to not use this service - there is a real pattern with the 1* reviews of which there are many.

We used Transport Hub UK on both Sunday and Monday at the Notting Hill Carnival. The vehicle provided is exactly what we asked for and needed. The Driver was better than just good. He was excellent. He was a key factor in our experience at Carnival being our best ever. We now have a coach company that I will not hesitate in referring to other organizations. We now know who we will be going to when we need a coach for any future activity/event or excursion.

Great experience. We literally booked one day before we decided to make the trip. Rebecca Taylor was awesome. We had to do a little of back-and-forth, but everything worked out perfectly. The driver was on time and had a great experience.

Terrible service.
I ordered a mini bus a month in advance of the booking date.
The day before travel i contacted transport hub to confirm all the details for the next day, to be told i had no booking because they hadn’t received my deposit, I sent them confirmation from the bank that i had paid, I then luckily managed to book a local firm for our trip. This was now a week ago and I’m still chasing them for my deposit to be returned.

Couldn’t ask for a better transfer situation! Sam was the agent and he planned and booked it all for me and he was so good at communicating and really looked out for us and made it all go smoothly. Ewen was a great driver and didn’t mind waiting for us late at night with a long delay Thanks

Excellent service from Transport Hub.
This is my third booking to Ascot racecourse with them and it went perfectly well.

Pick up and drop off was professionally executed. Driver was on time, friendly and helpful at all times.

The advanced booking never turned up, leaving 6 people stuck at the pick-up location missing a very important meeting. Booking was made through Alex Hart and I had to keep chasing for an update on a receipt and then when the vehicle didn't turn up I called the Company and was put through to Alex and she said she would get back to me. I didn't hear anything and had to keep ringing. I ended up calling the driver who confirmed he didn't have the job booking. No apology was given and I had to chase for a refund.

2nd time using TransportHub and both times they have been brilliant taking us to and from Glastonbury. Both times we have dealt directly Sarah Frost who booked and sorted. Ismail our driver was friendly and on time!

Terrible Experience with Transport Hub

I am extremely disappointed with Transport Hub’s services. We booked a coach for a much-anticipated picnic, but they failed to send the vehicle. This left us stranded and scrambling for alternatives.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, we received no satisfactory response or solution. As a result, our group had to spend extra money on taxis to reach a nearby destination, completely altering our plans and ruining the day’s excitement.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Transport Hub’s lack of reliability and poor customer service turned what should have been a fun outing into a stressful and costly ordeal. I will not be using their services again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their transportation needs.

My experience with transport hub was very bad. I had requested a 25 seater coach for picnic but the driver didn't come which made the whole 25 people standing at pickup location. There was no follow-up with the driver a day prior by transport hub. Neither no one responded to my text or messages. The person who was dealing with my booking that is Ms Sarah frost was very slow with the process and i had to contact her again and again for booking information and for confirmation even after i paid advance for the trip.

Sarah Frost was really responsive and overall was fantastic experience; on time, great communications and extremely friendly driver!!
