We had pre-booked a minibus for nine passengers well in advance to collect us from a single address and transport us to a wedding. We specifically chose to pre-book transport to ensure we had a reliable journey for such an important occasion.

The minibus was due to collect us at 2:00pm. However, at 1:41pm, Andy messaged to advise that the driver was stuck in traffic and would be delayed by one hour to 3pm. I immediately called and explained that we could not be late, as we were attending our best friend's wedding ceremony. Andy assured us that he would resolve the situation.

Shortly afterwards, Andy sent further messages asking how many passengers were travelling and requesting the full pickup and destination addresses, despite these details having already been provided and confirmed at the time of booking.

After another delay, I called Andy again and was informed that he was arranging two Uber vehicles instead. One Uber arrived and could only accommodate six of us. At 2:27pm, Andy then called to inform us that we would need to arrange our own Uber because he was experiencing difficulties booking one himself. We were eventually able to secure alternative transport at 2:41pm, causing significant stress and resulting in us missing the beginning of our friends' wedding ceremony due to the 1 hour drive.

Andy advised that the £60 Uber fare could be deducted from the amount due to the driver when collecting us from the venue later that evening.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.

Following our experience with the outbound journey, we contacted Andy at 11:17pm to confirm that our return transport would arrive as scheduled at midnight. He advised that he would contact the driver and confirm arrangements. At 11:30pm, we received another message explaining that the driver had been diverted and would be delayed. We were advised the vehicle would now arrive at 12:40am.

In reality, the return driver, Lisa, did not arrive until approximately 1:00am. The venue had already closed at midnight, leaving our group waiting around for an hour.

The entire experience was unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience, stress, and disappointment on what should have been a special day. We booked a minibus service specifically to avoid the uncertainty and inconvenience of arranging transport ourselves, yet we were ultimately forced to do exactly that. As a direct result of your failure to provide the service booked, we missed part of our friends' wedding ceremony and were left stranded after the event had finished.

The booking process was really easy and there were no issues making amendments.

The driver was on time both ways and was really nice and accommodating for stops and music. It made a first family holiday stress free and would definitely book with the company again!

Minibus booked months in advance, deposit paid. Confirmed several times. No details ever provided for the driver. No contact from any driver.
No minibus ever arrived.
They now want to keep the deposit of £175.
Feels like fraud. Avoid.

I hired through this company for a minibus for our pick up & drop off to & from haven. I had never booked through a company at first so I was very wary but Taylor who I spoke to and was communicating with each time made sure I was at ease and got the company to ring me to put me ease.

I had to change pick up times a a couple of times and Taylor was more than happy to help with this and didn’t have an issue doing so!

Again, thank you Taylor so much for keeping me at ease through out the time I have communicated with you! I can’t thank you enough for keeping this stress free for me. Ian who drove us there was friendly, chatty, and kept the journey entertaining.

excellent service Emma was fantastic throughout the booking process our journey requirements were not straight forward Emma took care of everything no problems, driver was great too.

We have used Transporthubuk various times for company tours and the service we have been provided by drivers and by Emma in bookings has been brilliant. The service is also reasonably priced.

Booked and paid months in advance only for the booking to be cancelled at 12 hours notice. We had to cancel the trip due to this.

I recently was in the position of needing to hire a minibus to transport several people including a disabled person to a function
The lady that I spoke to I believe her name was Emma could not have been more accommodating and helpful and arranged for a vehicle that met the needs of all passengers . It arrived promptly at the designated time and the driver was also extremely helpful.
Emma kept me updated throughout the booking process and was so polite to speak to at all times

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolute shocking service from this so called transport company who actually sub contract drivers who have no clue where or what they are doing!! The company were supposed to drive my two daughters alongside a team of others girls to a dance event that was a good two hours away! The drivers had been subcontracted from Essex to Eastleigh to pick up the dancers, that in itself is crazy!! We booked a coach which conveniently wasn’t available a couple of days before our booking so we were being sent two 17 seaters and the company wanted more money for those! Which we point blank refused as we had already paid for a coach! Only one 17 seater bus arrived plus a van! The 17 seater was absolutely disgusting, unsafe with broken seatbelts, sellotaped belt clips and stained seats that you wouldn’t let a dog sit on!! Absolute filth!! The drivers were vaping openly over all the children, very unprofessional and they didn’t even have the address of where they were taking the children
and adults!! Some of the parents tried calling the company and the drivers called their boss and surprise surprise there was no answer from anyone. This resulted in complete stress and other parents having to take the children in their own cars so paying out for fuel and parking when we had already paid for a coach we didn’t get! The van was safe but obviously didn’t have enough seats!! The whole experience was a nightmare, caused a whole lot of upset and stress! This is children and peoples lives you as a company were happy to put at stake when you had already robbed us of our money!! So unprofessional and uncontactable on the day! A complete shambles of a company who to this day are still not taking any responsibility as company and reading the other reviews we are not the only ones who are not the slightest bit happy with your awful service or shall we say lack of! Put yourselves in our shoes and see how you would feel!! I can’t think for a minute you would want to sit in an unsafe, stained disgusting old bus being vaped all over! I mean you might if your insane!!! Anyone who is even thinking of booking with these absolute poor excuse of a company I would completely AVOID at all costs because believe you me it will cost you more then you would ever bargain for!!!!!!! Disappointed is an understatement that this company is happy to operate at the lowest of the low!!!

My 10 year old Daughter was due to travel with a group of other young children on transport provided by this company. Two vans were hired one was ok but the other was horrendous. Seatbelts not working or held by tape. Filthy seats and generally appeared incredibly unsafe. The driver was not interested and seemed smug that we would not allow our children onboard. He'd already been paid so was happy regardless. The company couldn't be contacted to give us a replacement, numerous attempts to call but to no avail. Fortunately we were able to provide our own transport, but have had no refund from the company at all. Please do not use this company to transport children.
