We booked a coach for a birthday night out. After we paid deposit we was told there was no alcohol unless we paid an extra £150 damage deposit. The driver then informed us after we had all left the coach he would be taking the £150 deposit because of a spilled drink on a floor which was easily wiped up. They tried lying saying he needed the coach fully cleaned for a small spill when he admitted he had a pick up directly after us which couldn’t be possible to get the fully cleaned in the time. He also was aggressive because we was 15 minutes late arriving and then picked us up 20 minutes late and had us stood in the cold at 10pm after going mad at us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS JOKE OF A COMPANY. After arguing they then refunded £75 of the deposit after saying it was £150 for a clean so either way they was lying. They have then threatened me with court proceedings unless I take my review down and are making up lies saying we was smoking cannabis onboard which is a complete lie.
If we was smoking cannabis and they needed a full deep clean why would they refund me £75 of the deposit?Why wait till the day after till you seen my review to claim we was smoking cannabis? It makes no sense

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked well in advance for 8 people mini van after a wedding in Winchester back to London, only to be left stranded in the middle of nowhere at night with initially zero communication.

Their “24/7” phone line doesn’t work, no replacement driver was sent, and they even sent a fake WhatsApp screenshot as “proof” they’d tried to call to tell me. The screenshot dates were wrong! After an hour they did eventually communicate with us but they were unable to propose a viable solution.

They appeared to be communicative beforehand, but when we actually needed help, no one answered.

Trying to get my deposit back was absolute shambles as well. They came up with a series of contradicting excuses. No one had a clue what was going on!

Unsafe, dishonest, and unreliable.

First time booking and received great customer service, quick response time and brilliant service. Booked for a friend’s hen party for an airport trip and they provided such a great experience to start the trip. Would definitely recommend.

Emma always responded promptly, day or night. The driver Zaheer was professional, punctual, and very pleasant.

We asked for a quote at short notice, got a great price, and had a good time on the way

Sarah at the booking office was easy to work with. Muhammed, Umer, and Ali were brilliant drivers and ensured we were dropped off and picked up from the best place at a busy event, they were always in contact.

We organised 6 trips with this company and they all went perfectly. Sarah frost was especially helpful and prompt to all replies. Will definitely be using again.

WHAT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! 15 people waiting for a bus at the end of a night, at 1am stranded and it never turned up. They didn’t answer our calls or texts and I would never use this company!!! We expect a full refund because it’s absolutely disgusting the way This company works. You should not be a company because you have no idea how to actually bloody run a business!!

Using this service was a form of torture and the way the company responds to concerns is disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

We had a great experience booking with Sarah. Good communication and very easy to work with and ensured our trip to Portrush was seamless. Gary was also a great driver making it a very easy experience and recommend anyone to use the service.

This was the first time I used Transport Hub. The quote was detailed and comprehensive and a quick reply. I had a slight delay in response when I requested an additional transfer but got the response within a couple of days. When I called the company the first time chasing the reply one person was not very helpful but when I called again totally different. I have to complement the whole team with the information given. Also the drivers contacting me on arrival and the rest. The drivers were fantastic we were a group of 8 traveling from Malta and everything went like clock work with the drivers going out of their way to accommodate the group. They are an asset to the company. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Transport Hub and their affiliates. Thank you and well done. Albert

Do not use.

Cancelled my mini bus hire for my wedding 19 hours before they were scheduled. Offered me a 5% discount off my next journey as an apology...laughable. Ridiculous and deplorable company, didn't even offer an alternative.

Avoid any stress and chose someone else, there is a reason they are the cheapest and it's cause they are the worst.

Would give negative stars if possible.

TransporthubUK were absolutely fantastic.
We used them for team transport during a multi-day event and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Every driver was punctual, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They handled last-minute changes without fuss and made everything feel effortless on our side.
The vehicles were clean and comfortable, which made a real difference after long shifts. It’s rare to find a transport company that’s this reliable and responsive, they made a stressful schedule feel manageable.

Emma was very helpful with our booking and everything was sorted within a matter of a couple of days. She also made our changes very quickly and worked round the clock to ensure that we were supported.

We pre-booked a coach to return guests to their accomodations from a wedding reception. The company messaged the groom 30 minutes before the service to tell him they were cancelling the coach. They were then impossible to contact, initially responding but then completely ghosting us. 30 people had to walk home at 12.30am, some for more than 2 hours.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Booked a minibus in advance for a school forest school session. Confirmed times and locations. Minibus turned up 30 mins late on the way out, 30 children stood waiting on a main road, and then 15 minutes early on the way home. The driver didn't know where he was going, which led to the children missing out on basically their entire session. Not only are we out of money for a bad minibus service, but also the session we paid for and the children didn't get to experience. Complained 28 days ago, no response, so looking like we will have to chargeback and go to the ombudsman for this issue.

I booked from France, well in advance for a group, and Sarah Frist always responded quickly and appropriately to all my requests. The two drivers who provided the round-trip transportation welcomed us kindly on board, taking great care of our luggage. What more could you ask for, especially since the cost of the service was very reasonable.

Hired a Minicoach for a Stag Tour & everything was perfect.
Administratively Emma was a great help in organising everything and on the day our driver Ash arrived early, took us everywhere we wanted to go, was flexible when we switched up the timings for our tour during the day.
