- Was charged 95 USD for my Canada VISA when it should have cost 7 USD.
- The website is a close look a like of the original.

I never discovered that this was not the official government web-page, it was setup to look alike exactly. So I was surprised to get an invoice of 89US$ - not least because I never received an eTA due to a minor error, which I was only made aware of two days after my application and only after my plane had departed without me.

Same bad experience! I was charged 88 euros and the ETA number they send is not valid.
Just worried about what they will do with my credit card numbers: I will have to change chard. I signaled at french authority the website. The money was taken by "Etravel document" in Miami

Walczę z bankiem o zwrot pieniędzy bo nie mam ani Wizy ani kasy.
Kwota do zapłaty widnieje na samym końcu mały drukiem ile jest do zapłaty. Kupiłem Wizę przez stronę urzędowa za 7CAD I DOSTAŁEM ODPOWIEDZ W CIĄGU 12H.

Their website is similar to the official Canadian website so I too was duped into paying €82 for a C$7 ETA. As soon as I realised the mistake I applied on the official website and paid C$7 for another ETA (the one issued by traveldiscover-ca.com was genuine). I then contacted my bank who said the payment had been processed by them, and it was up to the company to process the payment at their end. They said they would contact their fraud department to see if the issue could be resolved. One day later I have had an e-mail from traveldiscover-ca.com saying there was a problem with my payment and I would be given a full refund between one and 10 days

I asked to stop service immediately after I paid by credit card. I was sure, that I'll never see my money back. Unbelievable, but I got a full refund. It happened after 2 months of waiting but anyway, it was a good surprise.
So in my case, it was not a scam. Just a very expensive service for a thing whose price is 7 CAD at the official site.

Like the other people, I got scammed before I noticed it wasn't the original site...

Avoid at all costs. Massive overpricing. The website is highly misleading and the billing information (and all info there) is very vague, in small print and confusing. Company appears to be based in Spain. Don't know how I got through the border, but I did: the Canadian Government should be vetting any intermediaries like this / entities putting in a high volume of applications.

Scam. Make you pay 80€ for a 7€ visa. Wrong billing information stated on the site.
