Everything was great from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Excellent communication and clarification, competitive prices. This is our third or fourth cruise we have booked, and happy every time.

A pick up close to home is a big plus for us.
We were made to feel welcome. We booked a cruise holiday which is being run by one of the staff at Llanelli. Being picked up close to home makes a big difference to us now we are older.

Very professional & Friendly
We always use the travel house in Carmarthen. They have got to know us pretty well, and we find them extremely helpful, professional as well as being down to earth and friendly. Sophie we deal with mostly, who is amazing and a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Great friendly helpful staff, providing outstanding service.e service i had from Joy was…
The service i had from Joy was exceptional. I phoned on Friday afternoon informed her that we were looking to go to Rome for 5 nights in June. Gave her a brief drscription of what we wanted from a hotel. She did all the rest. On Saturday morning i called in the shop and she had found 3 ideally situated hotels in the centre of Rome with gym and swimming pool. Great flight times from Bristol too.
She made everything so easy a was really helpful and friendly. Outstanding service. Thank you so much.

I love booking with Travel House in Carmarthen. It’s the only place I book my trips now. It’s such a personal service. Being able to pick the phone up and speak to the staff is so refreshing.
