Prompt answering of the telephone,booked airport parking which was what I required on this occasion with no hassle.The advisor was clearly spoken and extremely polite and helpful. I always use travel house Carmarthen when booking package holidays for the personal service,and to avoid online as much as possible.My motto is always “use it or loose it!”

You booked the car-parking for 2026 in error as we fly today.
Our out of pocket expense is £285 in addition to the £140 we’ve already paid for parking: due to having to accept the immediate rates for parking.
We would prefer to be reimbursed in full for your error before we return on 03/10/25: not a great start to our holiday.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Looked up options to suit budget. All booked very easily. Have nice holiday to look forward to, anniversary trip to Copenhagen.

Our excellent experience was because the lady helping us (Rebecca) remembered us from last time and continuation of the same staff is invaluable. She was efficient and so helpful.

Becca had initially found us some really good deals on our first visit and on our second we booked with Joy, who found us the best deal saving us £150 on the holiday with Jet2.

Its our first time traveling with our 18 month old, but Joy answered all my queries on the arrangements for traveling with an infant.

Thank you to Becca too, whilst having no customers she made a big fuss of our little girl.

Would highly reccomend going to see the team in Carmarthen, they put you at ease whilst finding you a perfect holiday.

Megan was extremely helpful and answered any queries I had in a very professional way she explained all about the hotel I had chosen and there was no hesitation in my mind than to book the holiday immediately
