Great service off Nicola again but all the staff are fantastic. If your looking to book an holiday give Travel House Blackwood a try you won’t be disappointed

Tasmyn at the Neath branch was super! She had a lovely manner and was most efficient. We made the booking with ease and she explained the process at every stage. Since then she has kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. I hugely recommend Travel House, especially Tasmyn!

Very happy with experience, contacted via phone for costs with add-ons for a specific long haul holiday, quotes were supplied within the hour, which were more competitive than other options already sourced.
I called over to outlet to go through certain details and add-on options, these were explained with any queries cleared up whilst in outlet.
Staff were extremely helpful and professional leading to booking the same day as quotation request.

Friendly staff team and always on hand to help. They make the booking process easy.

The staff are patient, knowledgeable and professional, they treat you like old friends and really go the extra mile to make sure you have a great holiday experience.

I would highly recommend Travel House Aberdare the Team are Excellent, we never book anywhere else. We are always consulted in Our Booking, Travel Documents needed, what the Resort is Like. If we are ever in need of help while we are away we know we only have to contact one of the team and the help is there on the other end of the phone.
The knowledge every member of staff have is exceptional. They are really helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them.
We always get our holiday money from Travel House also.

The staff were really helpful and went out of there way to make sure we got the holiday we wanted, nothing was too much trouble.

We often cruise , but this was the first time we have booked with the travel house and we booked on a 'cruise day' event. If the manager had stayed with us for the booking, it may have been a quicker experience, but it took an hour with the lady we were with and was the most tedious booking experience for a cruise we have ever experienced. (I'm not sure she's based at the gorseinon office, so this seems a little unfair. However, it was our experience...As the rest of the delay the hall seemed to be closing up we actually decided to leave, but were encouraged to stay as it was almost complete. Also, despite specifically giving our email preferences for contact-this seems to have been ignored! We normally book by telephone with other agents and its a painless ,quick process. We are waiting to see how our booking unfolds as we are sailing next year.

Phoned the shop to book something I seen on line they price matched it got everything I needed and was helpful with explaining everything to me

Extremely disappointing experience. The level of service was completely unacceptable and fell well below any reasonable standard. We were left waiting for far too long, received very little attention, and had to repeatedly chase Mia for basic assistance.

There was a clear lack of urgency, communication, and customer care throughout the experience. It felt as though our custom simply wasn’t valued. Good service should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately that was nowhere near what we received.

I would not recommend this establishment based on the service we experienced. Management seriously needs to address these issues, because customers should not have to tolerate such a poor standard of service.
