Constance Phakathi,
We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying your holiday.
We understand how disappointing it can be to arrive and find construction work taking place nearby. Unfortunately, local construction and temporary works are not always communicated to us in advance, particularly where they are outside the hotel itself.
Before the vouchers were issued, the hotel details were shared with you, including the location, room type and booking arrangements, so that these could be reviewed and agreed beforehand.
We are sorry that the nearby construction affected your overall experience. However, as the hotel and arrangements provided were confirmed with you before travel, and the construction was outside our direct control, we are unfortunately unable to offer further assistance in this instance.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with us and are sorry the stay was not what you hoped for.
