On Sunday, 13th September, I decided to begin looking at flight options for my forthcoming trip. Whilst searching online, I came across TravelhouseUK and found a suitable flight. I then decided to telephone your office for further assistance, and my call was answered by Dominic.
From the very beginning, Dominic was extremely polite, professional and attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my requirements and asked the appropriate questions in order to understand exactly what I needed. I had several stipulations regarding my travel plans, but Dominic worked through each of them patiently and efficiently.
Within only a few minutes, he came back to me with clear answers and suitable options. I was particularly impressed by his dedication, knowledge and genuine willingness to go above and beyond in helping me secure the most appropriate flights. His manner made what could have been a stressful booking process straightforward, pleasant and reassuring.

Thankyou to Marcus for his excellent 5 x star service on Saturday for having the utmost patience with me whilst finding the flight which suited my trip from UK to Melbourne Australia. My first long-haul trip "down under" and i did not want my connecting flight to be through the Middle East.
