Thank You Mark 😀
I would like to thank Mark Benson for all his help over the years with organising my flights to South Africa.
I have been dealing with Mark for over six years now, and he has organised all of my flights during that time. As I travel to South Africa several times a year, I really appreciate the time and effort he puts into finding the right flights for me.
I know I can be quite difficult to please at times, especially as I have a budget that I need to stick to! Mark is always incredibly patient and kind enough to put together several quotes and options until he finds something that works for me and makes me happy.
I really appreciate the time he takes to help me and the consistently excellent service he provides. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone looking for someone who is helpful, patient and genuinely committed to finding the best travel arrangements for their needs.
Thank you, Mark, for all your help over the years — it really is very much appreciated!

Used Travelhouseuk about 10 times now most recently 3 flights was with Emma White nothing to much trouble for her to get me the best deals with the best Airlines also got me good deals on internal flights will definitely use them again Emma 👍 But Travelhouseuk can you review the discount please as £10 isn't much when we are booking regular long haul flights it should be loads cheaper than booking direct with the Airlines itself.

I was very pleased with the price of my flight ticket to Miami, and I feel that I received a good deal. The service was generally good and the agent was helpful. However, I felt that the agent was rushing me to agree with what he was saying, which made me feel a little pressure. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the price I received.

Hello Phylis,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for rating us 4 stars! We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with the price of your flight to Miami and that you found our agent helpful.
At the same time, we sincerely apologize if you felt rushed or pressured during your call. That was certainly never our intention. Because airfares for USA utilize dynamic, live pricing that changes instantly based on live market demand, our agents often need to act quickly to secure the quoted fare before it expires. However, we understand how that fast pace can feel overwhelming, and we will certainly use your feedback to ensure our team communicates more patiently moving forward.
Thank you again for choosing Travel House UK. We look forward to assisting you with your future travels!
Best regards,
