The gentleman, Diesel, on the phone was very helpful. Looking to book flights for my brother and his family home as online was difficult given the circumstances in the middle of east. My brother was stuck as he was due to fly through Dubai.
Many options given over the phone and was able to get a decent price direct back to London. His help was very much appreciated appreciated.

My complicated flights through Doha were cancelled but Lisa expertly helped me book a flight via Hong Kong.

Travel Unravel is completely misleading. I called thinking I was speaking directly to the airline, but their agent misrepresented themselves. Shane and his manager Monty charged me an extra £600 claiming the website price wasn’t updated. As my travel was urgent, I felt pressured to pay. Very dishonest service avoid at all costs

Please do not use this company everyone. We were sold a holiday by one of there employees called Eric who throughout call said he worked for British Airways
He was going through all details of how to use Avios it was only after paying a deposit and asking why I couldn’t see the hotel on my appt as I wanted to pay online the he said he was agent for BA.
Miss selling at its best please avoid as scammers !!!

OMG I can’t believe this. I had a cancelled flight, which affected a long haul booking the following day. I thought I was speaking with BA customer services. I’ve now realised I was scammed, as the new flight I’ve booked is a full flexible business class ticket, which is £2000 more than what’s available online. I was in a bit of a state and he clearly took advantage of this! Do not trust Travel Unravel! Still unsure how this happened as, I repeat, I thought I was dealing with BA?!
