I used them twice for booking staycations and mange to get below market price , they are very quick and responsive through whatsup , multiple payment options , the best thing is you get what you book , no surprises when you reach the hotel reception. They also follow up to make sure you receive the booked room and in one case they managed the upgrade.

Further more they are very patient and willing to give multiple options and keep trying to find the option that fit my needs

I came across this company through a Facebook post and was initially quite hesitant to proceed. However, after interacting with them, my experience turned out to be smooth and satisfactory.
They were responsive and patient in answering all my questions, which helped build confidence. The pricing was reasonable, and what stood out was that they were able to arrange early check-in and late check-out for the hotel I selected, which was very convenient.
The only challenge I faced was with the payment process, mainly because this was a last-minute booking during the Eid period. They offered three payment options: cash payment at their Nahda (Dubai) branch (which closes at 8 PM), bank transfer (which took some time as we had to add them as a beneficiary), and card payment via a link (with an additional 2.5% charge, which I chose to avoid). While the process took some effort, they were transparent and guided me throughout.
After completing the payment, I received my itinerary and receipt promptly. Upon arrival at the hotel, everything was in order, and my room was ready as confirmed.
Overall, despite minor payment hurdles, the service was reliable and delivered as promised. This review is based on my personal experience during my stay from 22nd to 24th March.

Service & support from Travzi can’t be express in words as they have expect pattern & strategy for their customer.
Many travel agency provide you what you need and they say good bye & come again.

Excellent managed package with great hotel stay and we managed to visit the parks with family.
Travziworld travel & Tourism smartly issued the parks passes a day before our hotel checkin and since we were travelling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi so we went to 1 park first and later checked in hotel. This was greatly managed by them also.
We will definitely opt them again for packages.

Our staycation at JA lake view hotel was a delightful experience, with the beautiful gardens and pool areas being particular highlights for the kids. While the breakfast menu could benefit from more options, the overall experience was excellent. We're grateful for the opportunity and look forward to future staycations. Thank you!
