i would not recommend this company.
I should have quit when Levent did not show up for his first appointment but he said it was a personal reason so I gave him the benefit of the doubt).
I ordered and paid a deposit for my blinds on the 24th Aprili was told the blinds would be fitted 2/3 weeks as i didn’t hear anything I eventually managed to contact Levant who said the order had not been processed? apparently a ‘communication misunderstanding’? when he assured me my order would be processed asap.
As i had heard nothing so messaged him again last week and to date have not heard back from him
I Feel I have made a huge mistake dealing with this Company - Zoro customer service

Our blinds have now arrived and have been fitted by Levent, we are very happy with them, they look lovely and work perfectly.
Hopefully our previous experience with Trend was just a blip, i’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, Levent said the blinds may need a slight adjustment in a couple of years so hopefully sorting that will not be a problem.

Mehmet provided an excellent service from start to finish. He came to measure and install our blinds and was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. The measurements were accurate, the installation was completed to a high standard

I used Trend Blinds to supply and fit 6 blinds in my home. Mehmet the fitter was excellent giving me advice and guidance on what my options were. He also displayed quite a bit of patience as I changed my mind on a few ocassions. Installation was quick and Mehmet was very professional. I would have no problems in recommending him and this company to my friends and family.

There was a slight delay on the installation day, but once they arrived, everything was completed efficiently. The blinds look great and the quality is excellent. Mehmet was very helpful, friendly and did not at all force a sale on us rather discussed our needs patiently and was very punctual and professional and did a fantastic job and real value for money. Highly recommended.

Only good to sell but once installed they don’t care about customer inc just after installation. even since entire house blinds are fitted I noticed there is small adjustment needed for one of the bedroom where su light straight comes into eye when in bed. I tried to reach to company and person who fitted all. Zero response from anyone. Poor Customer Service and Negligence

We had an amazing experience. From Mehmet visiting to give us a quote and show examples, to installation day. Everything has been professional from start to finish. Mehmet had agreed to arrive at our 8am preferred time on a Saturday. He was parked up by 7.55am. He fitted our chosen venetian blinds in 5 windows in less than 1 hour. All fitted perfectly and no mess was left behind. Will use Trend Blinds again!
