Köpte en klocka online, betalade för den, fick hem den men den passade inte riktigt. Har i tre veckor försökt komma i kontakt med företaget för att göra en retur, eftersom returblanketten online leder till en errorsida. Har skickat sju mail till Triwa utan att få svar - trots att de har mina pengar. Uselt! Handla INTE här.

Don't buy these watches. Had mine for a few months, went swimming and it fogged up. Apparently rated to 100m🙄

Reached out to the company and received no support.

Worst Company I've ever worked for. The new CEO was a total scam. Worked for them as a freelancer, they weren't transparent about their business failing, then they declared bankrupt and I guess I will never see my money.

Terrible quality watch which fogged up inside after a couple of months of normal use and also does not keep time.
As they have recently gone bankrupt they continue to sell into the UK but despite their website promising two years warranty, they are not honouring this. You will be unable to return the product or get a refund.

Beställde en SSAB Fossil Free Steel på rea, mycket fin klocka, med tanken till vårat klimat till ett bra pris. Leveransen gick snabbt och smidigt, men klockan slutade att fungera efter 2 veckor. Kontaktade kundservice och fick snabb återkoppling och en ny klocka utan problem. Ett bra och proffsigt kundbemötande räcker långt när kunden har problem med varan! Kommer definitivt att köpa fler klockar från TRIWA.

I own two Triwa watches they are two of my favorite watches.
I have a Triwa solar watch, which works fantastic with its miyota movement and looks even better in real life than on pictures. Further I own the Sea Shepherd watch which I own for 2 years now, I took it swimming in the sea, on my daily ride on bike and except for some scratches it looks nearly new.

What I really like is the strap quality. The Ocean Plastic straps are really durable and keep their color well (the black and green ones).

Once I send one watch back, because it didn't suit me as I thought. Sending it back to Sweden (from Germany) was a bit expensive and took some time, but the experience with the customer service was overall very positive and they quickly responded to my questions.

Really regretting buying from this god awful company. Their customer service a joke if you try to get in touch with them either via their chat on the website or by email good luck getting a reply. I paid for a watch, waited a few days for delivery updates but heard nothing so I tried to ask them what was going on but got no reply, a few days later I got a message from ups saying they had my package and it would be delivered next day, a few hours later I get another email from ups saying delivery has been delayed due to not having correct paperwork. So again I try to get a response from these monkeys but hear nothing, I get another email from ups a few days later saying they now have the paperwork and that delivery will be next day, again I get another email from them a few hours later saying delivery is delayed due to weather and now will be delivered the next day, I fully expect to get another email saying it's been delayed until next week and this will continue on and on... Avoid this dreadful company at all costs they are the worst.

I received an empty package with no watch inside and couldn’t get any help from customer support. This is unbelievable. Absolutely the worst experience I have had.

- Not transparent about customs tax, this should be key info during checkout. I should be aware I'll need to pay an extra 20% on the damn order
- Didn't receive 10% discount, you're advertising it but it's BS

My experience with Triwa has been excellent since I bought my first watch from them when my husband and I were in Stockholm. And this company has continued to earn my respect when it honored a discounted price that was on their website only for a few hours. Their watches are well-made, beautiful, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a high quality watch that is far more affordable than similar watches.

Superb watch with an even better mission behind the watch! Truthful, honest and solid company, definitely suggest buying any of their products!

Very happy with the post sale service. Had a problem with my watch and they solved it.

I bought a Triwa Ocean Plastic Sea Shepard to support Sea Shepard. Pretty disappointed by the build quality of the watch, honestly they look better on the pictures than in reality (most of the time it is the opposite way for watches). Then I learned that all the watches are made in China, which I find very contradictory to their "sustainable" approach. Come on TRIWA, by producing in China you get better marges but really do not do good to the planet, this county does not respect high social and environmental standards.

Poor product,I bought the Watch Sea Sheperd: broken after only one month.
It s not ecologic if you have to buy a new watch every month.

My husband got a Triwa watch about 5 years ago for our wedding, he absolutely loves it. Everyone always comments on it when he wears it too! Not long ago we had an issue with face movement, I feel like this was due to unfortunate change of battery (that was first battery change in 5 years- really impressive!). I have contacted TRIWA and I could not be me more grateful for help I have received from Josefin. Brexit has not made it easy but Josefin was always doing her absolutely best to help with super quick responses to my emails. There was a small fee to pay as it passed it's two years guarantee but I can't really fault this watch. Also worth of mentioning that we have only replaced strap few months ago after 5 years! Great watch, amazing customer service. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Triwa Team!! If I could I would easly give 10 stars!

Dåligt. Inte seriöst.

Seriöst, snabbt och trevligt bemötande. Jag har skickat in min klocka för en reparation och fick tillbaka den fixad, till och med fler åtgärder som jag inte hade räknat med helt gratis. Man blir så himla glad tack!
