Sent a buy list on ~October-December 2024.. Still have yet to receive my payment. It's a small buy list ~$200 worth of bulk, so it's not going kill me, but it still stings. At first, they still responded back to me, albeit slowly.. But now, I can't reach them.

Why give a review now? I normally don't give reviews to companies, but I was compelled to do so because my friends were talking about this website.

Awful company. Used their feature to sell cards to which they accepted and provided the store credit for. However, I've been unable to use the credit at checkout. After emailing them for months asking for help and a solution, I've been ignored and offered no help or replied. Company has taken my cards and money. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be stuck with your cards stolen and no way to use the credit they provide to buy from their site.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I got an issue with them.

I placed an order during August, then few days later their site went offline, and I receive an email confirmation that my order is on the way with a tracking number.

It's been more than 3 months since then, my package never arrived, the tracking number from USPS never updated its status, and they are not replying to my emails. I've been sending them to different support emails on their website, none of that have responded...

I'll leave this review until my situation is properly addressed.

Recently purchased Heroclix singles. After 10 days of no order activity I tried calling their Customer line- Disconnected. I filled out their contact form. No response. Messaged them on social... no response. Almost 4 weeks later my order shipped. It was missing one of the figures, and included the wrong version of another. Won't be coming back.

All I wanted was an idea of when the cards and Edge of Eternities box I pre-ordered, and despite multiple messages they never reached out. The only thing they did was change the date of my order for some reason.

Their Customer Service line was impossible to get through on, sometimes showing as Disconnected or instantly hanging up on the call.

Ultimately I had to use a chargeback with Paypal in order to get my money back, which I warned them I would do if they didn't reply.

Bought three boxes of product from them totaling almost $400. Product still hasn't shipped. No responses to emails from them. All phone and fax numbers are disconnected. I feel powerless to get what I am owed. Business like this are what is wrong with the US right now.

Was able to get some cards I needed for a commander deck I’m building.

Package arrived a lot sooner than I expected. Was packed neatly and there was no issue with the product I ordered. 10/10 will look forward to ordering again when I see stuff in stock that I absolutely need. Thank you so much!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I requested to cancel an order before it was processed or shipped, and they attempted to charge me a 20% restocking fee—nearly $70—for essentially doing nothing. I found this policy to be unreasonable and felt it was a way to discourage cancellations rather than provide fair customer service.

When I questioned the charge, I received no flexibility or understanding. Ultimately, I decided to continue with the order just to avoid the fee, but I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Buyers beware: read the fine print carefully, and don't expect customer-friendly policies if you change your mind.

I purchased 38 holo cards, and they didn’t even care to sleeve them or protect them, sent them to me wrap on plastic hard af and they are all warp and scratched af

Great prices, good shipping costs, was a bit slow on the shipping time, and no tracking but still made it here, all cards came as described.
