Troll And Toad Reviews

I spent some time looking for this single at LGS near me because the shipping at most online shops is absurd for one single card. No brick and mortar shop had what I needed. Not only was shipping cheap, the single itself was cheaper than anywhere I could find online.

Hello, good afternoon, this is the third time that something has gone wrong with my order. And I send you a message and you still haven't answered me and it's very uncomfortable, because I pay for those cards and you don't send me my complete order, I'm being tempted to contact PayPal directly to file this complaint about their lack of commitment to their work and send my orders wrong.

Used their buylist. I understand not all my cards were in mint condition and expected as much. But I still have not received my funds far after the deadline. The only positive thing I can add, is that they have at least communicated with me thoroughly up until I criticized them for not having my funds by the time they said they would. I was polite, didn't use foul language, and didn't insult them. I simply criticized them for not upholding their end of the transaction, told them they came recommended from friends, and I need these funds quickly.
They haven't replied since I've said those things. Also, no funds received at the time of this post.

Website is perfect, Customer support responds promptly and my purchase arrives In the exact condition stated in the description. I appreciate purchasing from you for almost 14 years now.

I am missing the most expensive card from my order…escalating the situation now but an order should be sent together

Figure arrived broken.

you guys sent me an incorrect product, and stated that I did not send a card in when I double checked before I shipped it, I am not going to do business with trollandtoad anymore

Items arrived as described and properly packaged to ensure safe delivery. Thanks T&T!

I was given the wrong tracking number but they quickly gave me the correct one, they packed the cards perfectly no bends or the like.

Goods received. A very expensive card was incorrectly listed on their site. Done very little to fix the situation. Had to open a PayPal claim unfortunately. Have been using them for years and spent a lot so a bit surprised but their lack of customer service

After many buys on this website, I can tell it’s a safe place and we can pretty easily find much figures (if you’re a fan of DC, Marvel, cards games, or even aliens and predators it’s the place to be).

If they are sending your order and there is something missing, they send it back or refund you.

I have a wishlist big as hell on their site, I have not finished to visit it.!

Orders arrived quicker than expected and the condition of the cards was just as described, if not better.
