I would give them zero stars if I could. I inquired if I could customize a jersey they had for sale and they replied by saying, "Contact the seller." I replied by emailing them back and saying I used the Contact Us button on the bottom of the webpage, which leads to a Contact Us page. I then filled it out and sent it. They replied and asked for me to provide them the listing link to said jersey. I did that and again received an email to contact the seller directly. I replied that nothing on the listing page suggests there is another seller of the jersey than Trugether. I have yet to receive a reply from Trugether. How are you posting goods for service on your webpage with no mention of a seller than Trugether on the webpage or in the URL or reply to me from Trugether Support when I click on the Contact Us button and tell me to contact the seller? This is extremely poor customer service that caused me to look elsewhere for a similar jersey.

I want to purchase something. It won't allow me to pay. I click on the tab which says "Pat with Debit/Credit Card or Google Pay". That takes me to PayPal but not the PayPal app, it takes me to the .com. From there, it gives no option to actually use PayPal nor the option to use any other form if payment. This is really annoying as there is a discontinued product someone has listed that I can't find for sale anywhere else and I can't buy it. They need to fix this. I see another recent review here that states the exact same issue I'm having.

Tried to order an item from them - it's not possible to actually place the order. They give the option to pay directly with a credit card, but then one needs to sign in to PayPal, which means one has to have a pay pal account, and even thought I also tried that option, there was still no way to actually place the order. Nothing on their site works. It's very strange and suspicious. I order things online all the time and this site is very weird.

Well, USPS seized the package due to the use of counterfeit postage by the Chinese seller. The Seller refused to refund my money. If I could give them a zero I would. Item listed for $24 accessed on website as $50. Customer chat asks for personal information rather than providing answers. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered an item and forgot to change shio to address. Immediately sent them 3 emails to 3 different emails they have listed to have it updated. Sent 2 more rounds if emails the next 2 days. The 3rd day thru tell its been shipped. Well if you had checked your email you would have been able to correct it. Will never do business with this company again and leaving negative feedback all over social media.
