Guarentee Slip
comfortable mattress but the first one was exchanged as it dipped in the middle then the second one has also dipped. It is suppose to have a 10year guarantee but apparently this means you get a discount off your next mattress half way through that guarantee and not a free exchange as you would expect with a guarentee. Havent ever heard of such a strange thing and when purchased the guarantee was the reason I chose it. Needless to say I wont be taking up on the offer of money off my next one as I don't think this is fair with a guarantee promise in place.

Made 2 measure mattress
My DIY bed build in a box room left with the problem of a non standard size bed requiring a mattress to fit.
With the help of customer support I was able to size and order a mattress that fitted my bed.
When delivered I was amazed at the quality of the product which represented great value at the price.
Excellent customer service ensured that everything went smooth and I would recommend to anyone requiring a mattress of any size-standard or otherwise.
