Disappointing Experience with TTA
Disappointing Experience with TTA
Based on my personal experience with the Travel Trust Association (TTA), I felt that the application process was focused on looking for specific answers that matched their expectations and plans, rather than genuinely understanding our business model or what we could offer as a potential partner.
I also felt that some of the services and marketing benefits presented were not particularly valuable or relevant to our actual business needs. I did not feel that the interests and needs of the partner were given enough consideration.
After my application was rejected, I was told that I could contact them to understand the reasons behind the decision. I followed up by email several times, but unfortunately, I received no further response.
Based on my personal experience, I do not believe the £180 membership fee is worth paying, especially when there are many other alternatives available in the travel industry.
This is my personal experience and opinion, and I am sharing it so that new travel businesses can do their research and compare the available options carefully before paying any membership fees.
