The product is good BUT the service is not.
The product is good - the customer service is not. We are still waiting for the final part of our delivery and numerous emails have been sent which are not acknowledged by Tufferman - the delivery company do not make any contact at all. The service would put me off using the company again.

Prompt delivery, All to spec. Assembly way easy other than fitting the feet, which were quite fiddly.

Great shelving
This shelving is perfect for a garage environment, Easy to assemble and the instructions simple to follow. Not as quick to assemble as others state but no hurry.

Great Product
Delivered on time, easy to assemble, product good quality. We have bought 2 lots of 3 sets. For sheds and greenhouse. Note shelves need treating for greenhouse and we also put vinal off cuts on shelves to protect from condensation.

Items came damaged with parts missing
Items came damaged with parts missing. 4 sets of shelves came in 3 different deliveries days apart and they have not responded to my emails. The product is good. The customer service not so good.

Haven’t received full product and can’t get hold of company to rectify.
Similarly to other people’s reviews, I have not received my full order. I’ve tried calling and emailing and there is no one to respond to me. The live chat on the website also says “we’re away right now”.
I never received a tracking message as promised from the courier, so am none the wiser about if I’m actually going to receive it.
All I want is what I’ve paid for. I hate leaving bad reviews, but would rather people have an idea of the poor level of service. I wish I read the negative trustpilot reviews before buying.

I still haven’t recieved my full order
I still haven’t recieved my full order, which I payed next day delivery for despite multiple interactions with customer service. The parts that have arrived seem fine in terms of quality, however the dispatch team and the courier service are clearly inadequate.

Ordered 3bays garage storage only one of two packages arrived
Ordered 3bays garage storage which was to be delivered in two packages unfortunately only one was delivered. Trying to contact Tufferman customer service was difficult as they don’t seem to have any body available to answer my calls. They haven’t texted me to let me know that only one package was sent which seems to be due to lack of supply which they must have known and when I sent a text asking for a delivery date for the second package I got a call telling me it would be the next day which was 4days
ago and I still haven’t received it or heard from them.
Not a good way to treat your customers is it.

Product was delivered within timeframe…
Product was delivered within timeframe specified but when I checked, one of the handles of the boxes was broken off. We bought them to help with a house move so that’s disappointing.
