We are really pleased with our shelving…
We are really pleased with our shelving unit. It was fairly easy to erect, the hardest part being the fitting of the plastic feet. As two mid seventy pensioners we were lacking the physical strength required. Using the mallet didn’t help as they just bounced off. Apart from that it was plain sailing!

Packaging broken open on journey
Packaging broken open on journey, parts of shelf missing, contacted Tufferman who were slow to replace missing parts. Telephoned numerous times (excuses for not answering included a power cut) and two emails. Packaging insufficient for sharp edges on shelves. I’ve used them before but never again.

Ordered 2No.Tufferman Storalex Heavy Duty 1200x 600 units in Grey. Delivered on time, undamaged with helpful driver offloading. They're fantastic units, strong sturdy and relatively easy to build! The courier lost and then admitted that a package had been damaged in transit. Tufferman moved quickly, identified the contents of the missing package and promptly and efficiently replaced the package. The ladies in customer service are very pleasant. Thank you.

A successful order with easily resolved hiccup
Our delivery came on time and good communicatuon. Unfortunately something was missing. We did check before delivery driver left but he didn't have them. We contacted Tufferman. We were emailed back straight away and missing items were sent out amd we recieved them a couple of days later.
We are happy with garage tiles amd hopefully they will last.

Well packaged item. Looks great in Ocean Blue! Make sure all the mdf boards are sealed - 2 coats of zinsser bin followed by satin top coat.

Great Products and Excellent Customer Service
I had ordered 2 x corner shelving units together with 2 x straight shelving units.
All delivered within the quoted time frame.
3 of the packages were securely packed ( 2 x corner units & 1 x straight unit) and the construction instructions were clear and I manage on my own to make the units, Very sturdy ideal for my needs.
The 4th package had been damaged in transit and some of the contents were subsequently missing and one upright slight bent. I made contact with the Customer services team supplied them photo's and listing what was missing. With no quibble they agreed to supply me with a complete new item which would be dispatched by next day delivery and the item that was damaged I could keep and use/ dispose of accordingly. ( I manage to create with the remaining items a half height shelving unit.)
So excellent good quality items as per their advertising easy to put together and super customer service. Thank you

Staff very attentive and efficient. I also enjoyed the product.
One comment for the unwary. I over ordered. I thought the bays made up the total width so 4 made 1800mm. I ended up with 4 x 1800.
