Shelving was delivered and had parts missing . Emailed customer services had no response also rang and was hung up on a number of times

4 Parcels delivered and 2 were damaged and bits missing.
After contacting you I was told the damaged ones would be collected and replaced. After hearing nothing I contacted you again to be told they would be delivered last Friday. The damaged 2 were collected but the driver said he did not have any to deliver to me. So I had to contact you again, only to be told that I would have to wait until Monday. This was despite telling you more than once I had someone coming on Friday to fit them.
You have totally let me down so I now want a refund of the damaged goods.

The second set of shelving, having been so pleased with the original order. It arrived promptly and having had the experience of putting it up before it was up in no time. Highly recommended

Delivery was early and left unsigned for despite the delivery advice.
Instructions and assembly video clear although beware the arrows!
All assembled and very firm and secure. The 'H' assembly is not the best....metal sliding against metal and with a number of side frames crimped at the corners not always easy to assemble.
An honest review and overall pleased with purchase and racks assembled and doing the job they are designed for.

First off the shelves are great. I put them up on my own and whilst it would have been easier with an extra pair of hands it was still easy. One of the boxes arrived damaged and two pieces were missing but they were posted to me immediately. Would i buy again? Yes. Would i recommend them to friends? Yes.

I bought the Storalex VRS shelving units from Tufferman to store items in the garage. The package came with good instructions and the video really complemented these and helped with setup. However, the wood did not come varnished, and this required a significant effort from me to protect it (which I'm not sure I did correctly). If there were varnished wood options, this would have significantly reduced the effort needed. Additionally, all metal beams which snap together (i.e. the frame) were quite malleable at the tips and some of them deformed, which made it very difficult to complete the setup in one piece, but I managed after a considerable effort. I think it's going to be difficult (if not impossible) to take it apart and reconstruct if ever required as a result. You also need to be careful transporting it around because you have to lift it a certain way so the catchments don't detach from one another. Delivery was also very expensive for next day delivery. All in all, I got what I wanted, and hope it was a durable investment, but the product's quality is not to the level I expected on purchase, which is disappointing.

Although delivery was late when I called they were great. Excellent customer service and they immediately refunded the delivery fee and order arrived promptly the following morning. Fantastic product, couldn’t be happier with the design. Do not discontinue this Tufferman!!

Considering that my order was lost and had to wait for new stock to arrive (small inconvenience ) i am very happy with product, service and customer service response was fast and brilliant. I do recommend.

Similar to others but the delivery and xhouce was better. Being able to order boxes were a plus too. Thumpng the tangs into the slots sometimes to9k a few goes to stop them 'poking their tongues out' could be better by chmphering the tans or bending out the slots. Overall, painless - what's not to like

Order never came, waited in all day every single day for over a week. Was told there was an issue getting their vehicle down my road, so they would deliver the Tuesday after the bank holiday, it's now Saturday. 'out for delivery' marked on the tracking each day but never turned up. No apology or proactive communication.
