Had the pleasure of meeting TUI staff member Chloe at TUI Talbot St. branch. I decided to enquire about a holiday to Mexico which was advertised on the Travel Agents Window on the 14th April.
Chloe provided me with excellent personalized service, excellent verbal communicatioion skills with good customer service skills.As she indicated to me in conversation that her Manager Nicola had been to Mexico, she did'nt hesitate to ask Nicola to have a conversation with me about her experience to Mexico, which was really enlightening and informative. As Chloe had given me good information herself she was so interested in Nicola's experience and was eagerly learning more information on Mexico for other potential clients.

Air caution with flights especially if travelling with children
When you book a 'package holiday' travelling with children and are sold as 'reserved seating' you do not expect to have to pay extra for your childrens seats.

To clarify, while we do offer the option to pre-book specific seats before check-in to give you that extra peace of mind, this is an optional service that comes at an extra charge. Alternatively, customers can choose to wait until check-in opens, at which point seats are assigned automatically at no extra cost.
I’d like to reassure you that we always follow the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) guidelines to ensure that children under 12 are seated with at least one accompanying adult in your party. Our systems are designed to group families together wherever possible during the automatic assignment process.
We really appreciate you choosing to book your package holiday with us, and I hope you and your children have a fantastic time away.

Had to change dates on my…
Had to change dates on my honeymoon/family holiday. Moved it back by 2 days and cut short by 3 days due to my daughter dancing for team Ireland when we were meant to be away.
TUI can't make any amendments to ryanair flights so that was left to me which was fine, paid whatever extra it cost then TUI instead of just changing hotel dates they invoice me for a whole new holiday package which includes flights which have gone up due to increases in fuel ect. even though they didn't book new flights they are charging me for them and now they won't answer as to where the few hundred euro is gone that I should have got back. Disgraceful carry on from a reputable company.

Perfect for travelling with a young child
We recently returned from a short break to Portugal with TUI, travelling with our 1‑year‑old, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the experience.
From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly. The hotel was fantastic, the facilities were ideal for families, and the staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay.
Travelling with a young child can be stressful, but TUI really took all the anxiety out of it for us. Everything was well organised, seamless, and exactly as described, which meant we could relax and actually enjoy the holiday.
We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with TUI again. Highly recommend, especially for families travelling with young children.

No come back
We traveled to The Dominican Republic with TUI, booked through the Irish site. The flight there was through the UK with no issue. The flight back was through the USA. We weren't told we would need a visa even though we had a connecting flight. Called TUI when we were refused boarding. Was told nothing could be done and it wasn't their responsibility, that it was in the T&Cs. Never again. Appalling..

Everything was pretty smooth, only negative point was it said on booking that I had 10kg suitcase included but this wasn't included in Ryanair booking
