The whole process from beginning to end has been wonderful. The staff on WhatsApp are very helpful and provide all the necessary information about the procedure and costs. Arrival in Turkey you are taken to the hospital where you meet your interpreter - also very kind and helpful. The facilities are some of the best in the world. Very clean and modern hospital. The surgeons and hospital staff are very caring and kind. You are looked after from beginning to end! 10/10

Une expérience décevante, que je ne recommande à personne

J’ai réalisé une liposuccion du ventre et des cuisses dans cette clinique, avec au départ l’intention de faire un lipofilling mammaire (réinjection de graisse dans les seins). Un devis a été établi et validé. Cependant, quelques jours après ma réservation, le médecin m’a demandé des photos de ma poitrine et m’a finalement informée que l’intervention n’était pas possible en raison de la forme de mes seins. On m’a alors proposé des implants à la place. J’ai accepté, bien que cela n’ait pas été mon choix initial.

À mon arrivée à Istanbul, la veille de l’opération, on est venu me chercher à l’aéroport comme prévu. Cependant, à peine arrivée devant la clinique, on m’a immédiatement demandé comment je comptais payer l’opération, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise.

Le matin de l’intervention, le chirurgien est venu me voir et m’a alors informée que la pose d’implants pourrait rendre un futur allaitement impossible. Devant cette nouvelle information, j’ai décidé de refuser la pose d’implants. Malgré cela, on m’a fait signer des documents à la hâte, sans m’en laisser le temps de les lire correctement, avant de m’emmener directement au bloc opératoire.

L’opération en elle-même s’est bien déroulée, et je tiens à souligner la gentillesse des infirmières. En revanche, on ne m’avait pas informée que l’eau du robinet n’était pas potable, et je n’ai reçu que deux petites bouteilles d’eau par jour avec les repas. Résultat : je suis tombée très malade.

Aujourd’hui, six mois après l’intervention, je suis très déçue du résultat. Mon ventre est flasque, et j’ai l’impression que la graisse n’a pas été retirée de manière homogène. Quant aux cuisses, la graisse a été retirée uniquement à l’intérieur, mais pas du tout à l’arrière, ce qui donne un aspect déséquilibré et inesthétique.

Je regrette profondément cette opération. Je suis partie seule en Turquie, et je n’ai à aucun moment eu le sentiment d’être véritablement accompagnée ou encadrée par l’équipe de la clinique.

My personal experience was amazing, I had Vaser Liposuction surgery that was carried out by Dr Hasan Sahin and his amazing team, and my journey was straightforward starting with my first consultation and my medical assistant Kevin J was 💯 supportive, 2 week into my surgery and he was still checking on my healing process. I give this hospital a thumb up.
For support i had my daughter and neice we were all taken very good care of, from airport to hospital, 2 days after surgery transfer to the hotel, at the end of our stay transfer back to airport. What an amazing team work. Thank you Dr Hansan Sahin and your team. A very special thank you to Kevin J, my medical assistant. And the wonderful staff/ nurses on the ward, that assist with my medical care.
I give a 4star as there was no follow up assistance/ support from the hospital when discharged, to the hotel.

Cela a été une excellente expérience pour moi. Déjà, sur une semaine j'ai fait une batterie d'examens qui m'a permis d'avoir enfin un diagnostic, ce que je n'ai pas eu sur plusieurs années dans mon pays de résidence. De très bons professionnels, surtout le généraliste que j'ai rencontrée.

The surgery itself was easy, and there were no gaps or moments where I felt neglected or concerned or frightened. The doctor recommended to me was terrific. He was professional, gentle, and and skilled. I had an abdominoplasty and breast reduction. The hospital Lokum Hekim was a very clean hospital with nurse care around the clock. Ismael my translator was thorough and available whenever I needed. The hotel I was transported to after 2 nights in the hospital was perfect as well, I was able to go outside and walk, but could rest easily as well. The airport was 10 minutes away and very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone, and will recommend you to my family.
