Everything was very well organised and someone was always available.
Also Emily was very clear and always there to answer any questions or queries.

Had my surgery with Hisar continental Hospital and thanks to Turquie Santé for their amazing job in choosing the best hospital and the best price negotiated for me. My medical assistant Kevin was very patient with me and answered my questions on time enabling me have a good time prior, during and post surgery. I will choose Turquie Santé over and over again.

j’ai effectué une Sleeve et tout s’est bien passé. Je suis venu à l’hôpital seule mais à aucun moment je ne les ressenti. Les infirmières ont bien pris soin de moi. J’ai été mis en contact du début jusqu’à la fin avec un assistant qui parle français il a su répondre à toutes mes questions à n’importe quel moment. Actuellement rentré en France, je suis toujours en contact et toujours suivi . Je recommande à 100 %.

Al principio tuve miedo de irme a un país donde no conocía a nadie ni siquiera el.idioma, sola .
Pero al llegar fue increíble un excelente servicio desde el conductor que me busco en el aeropuerto, los traductores, los doctores, los enfermeros que estuvieron cuidándome en todo el proceso, la dietista muy simpatica, Ismael que me acompaño en todo momento fue una experiencia increíblemente satisfactoria.
Lokman Hekim Es el mejor hospital de Turquía desde mi experiencia. Si todavía no te has decidido ir, hágalo ya, os lo recomiendo mucho.
No quiero olvidarme de Emily que me ayudo y me acompaño en todo el proceso , desde la asignación del hospital hasta la vuelta a mi país.

Emily was extremely rude and condescending she didn’t ask me any questions and immediately told me the highest price she could think of when I told her that was too high she told me that I can’t pay for services and that is not her problem, she is constantly saying how they work with multiple hospitals if that is the case how is there one set price??
I truly believe you can shop around yourself and you will get a better price as well as without the disrespect without the condescending attitude I also find it strange that they paint a picture online that they are a big company yet Emily is the only person you can speak with.
Also money is not the issue I am a business owner and I do pretty well for myself I just despise people that try to take advantage of others, under the guise of making the process easier for you.

Всё прошло очень хорошо. От встречи в аэропорту и до трансфера обратно. В клинике всё было отлично. Предоставлен переводчик, палата чистая,медсестры и доктора доброжелательные.Спасибо!

Emily was amazing who works for this agency. Initially I had booked with another agency but when I got to Turkey they let me down badly and in distress. I contacted this agency and they went beyond their way to help me. Got everything done so fast and and kept me very relaxed and calm all the way through. Stayed in touch helped me so much! I just cannot thank them enough. I will trust this agency 100% and if there was 100 star I would give that to them as well. Trust them they are very good. God bless

J’ai eu une. Très bonne expérience avec Turquie santé pour mon opération à l’hôpital Histaar à Istanbul. Dès mon arrivée j’ai été reçu par mon traducteur français qui est resté tout le long avec moi. La plupart du personnel à l’hôpital parlait anglais tout comme l’urologue. En plus pour mon opération j’avais pas assez jeuné pour opération donc ils ont pu me décaler l’intervention au lendemain. Mais je vous recommande pas de vous faire opérer le week-end car les créneaux d’opération se remplissent très vite, donc prenez vous y à l’avance.

Efficiency is 100%,Ismael my co ordinater was brilliant,the hotel I stayed at was included in the price was magnificent, the hospital is very modern and everyone including the doctors,anesthetist nurses in fact everyone treated me with the utmost politeness and respect, the op went well and certainly great value,polypectomy at £625, yes a couple of extras were needed which I had to pay for like MRI scan and for consultation with a cardiologist. Wish I'd understood a bit more and gone for a bit longer and had some bone and sinuses sorted which would've been around £2000+ more. Mebe a little more information at the outset I would've done but I'm more than satisfied with the outcome, a week on and I can breathe sleep talk and more just so much easier,life is already so much more comfortable,if only it worked like thus in the uk not just from the NHS but also from the private hospitals of which I contacted 3 and not one of them responded.shameful!.
Money talks here,no waiting for years to get treated for anything ,do your research beforehand and get your quote and just understand what's included and I'd say you won't go far wrong AND the transfers from the airport to the hotels each way were included in the quoted price,a huge bonus in a metropolis of 35+ million people.
