I mistakenly ordered my green Orient small seconds Bambino watch twice. You contacted me asking if the double order was correct or a mistake, and you then cancelled the duplicate order. Well done. Two issues, neither of which is on you: the watch is gorgeous, but there is insufficient contrast between the hour/minute hands and the dial, making it difficult, depending on the lighting, to tell the time. The second issue is the surprise $47 import fee I received a few days before delivery. Thank you President Trump!

Ordered a few watches from TUS. Always professional and super fast delivery.

Brand new watch, well packaged and delivered 24 hour royal mail, tracking was provided. Initially i wasn't aware how to put the crown in for a waterproof seal as I've never owned this type of watch before. Quick google search and little pressure on crown followed by turning the crown clockwise. Watch is keeping good time and came with Warantee booklet. I plan on making another purchase soon.
