Purchased a MJ watch a little over a year ago, had watched replaced due to faulty movement, wore the watch 3 times after and the movement failed again. emailed a lady called Lauren, at MJ support, to arrange another replacement, complete radio silence! no email back nothing. Checking companies house it looks like this company has dissolved, so basically stuck with a non working watch barely worn, which I'm entitled to a warranty but the company has just vanished!

Maughan Jones make or made fantastic quality brilliantky styled watches & I have largest collection in the UK according to Sam Jones all work reasonably well at superb prices.

However I cannot get onto their website, my emails are bouncing back from support & I even whatsapped Sam Jones no positive result from any of it so I fear they have been sold or gave stopped trading both would be a great shame. Hence low score they were always brilliant at responding now its just nothing

Excellent personal service would use again.

This was a present for a ‘significant’ birthday. All seemed great at first but after 9 months the watch started losing time despite winding as per instructions. Eventually the watch would only run for a few minutes then would stop.
I contacted Maughan Jones and was sent a label to return the watch. I did this via UPS and received a receipt that it had been received. Ever since then all communication has ceased, my emails are returned and phone calls ignored. Basically Maughan Jones now have my money AND my watch!!!!

Amazing watches. My girlfriend loves them- she even wants one herself lol ! Will be back for more colors I bought the pink and black and orange and they’re beautiful , definitely worth the price !

Sadly the watch has now ended up in the bin. Didn't keep the time, the strap was awful to change and the clasp is so uncomfortable on the wrist it was unwearable. Very disappointed.

Absolutely incredible value for money. This watch is amazing quality and looks amazing . Changing the straps allows for completely different looks from the same watch . I am very happy with my purchase and to support the brand .

After finding mj watches I did my research and thought f&@k it I’ll give them ago I liked what they did and the fact they were a British made brand made in England. I now have my watch and love it. It’s like having 2 watches rubber bracelet for everyday and metal for going out 👌🏻

I’ve had a disappointing experience with the watch. Shortly after purchase, it stopped running prematurely and had to be replaced.

Now, after not wearing it for a few days, I tried to adjust the date and time using the crown—but it no longer works.
