After the dog decided to chew my Cello tv remote control, hunted around trying to find one that would operate the tv, got an old universal remote, but it wouldn't recognise the tv, TV Village online help told me which model to get & arrived 3 or 4 days later, & it does what it needs to do. Cheers.

Great 12v tv for a caravan or camping
Great 12v tv for a caravan or camping.
We needed a tv for the caravan so our kids can watch stuff while we are away racing. We have a generator but it’s loud. So this is a great option to run off the battery. It’s a smart TV so all your apps are there.

Very happy with purchase
Very happy with purchase, for the price a good tv, speakers a bit tinny and not much volume but then cello are trying to sell you a speaker bar, picture quality is excellent.

There was not a comprehensive…
There was not a comprehensive instruction manual and I wasn't aware that there was a rocker switch at the rear.
Consequently I packed it all up to send back.

Should have gone to curry’s
I ordered a TV for my camper van. It arrived badly packaged, I.e. just in the box with an address label on which had been opened. I was also charged extra because I live in the Highlands, not even wrapped in plastic or anything. Luckily everything was still inside. Was advised by a lady in customer service before purchasing that the mains wire was 2 metres long which it wasn’t and also that they didn’t supply fixing wall brackets and was recommended to a really sketchy company that had terrible reviews. Ended up getting my own from eBay. Also a new mains power lead from curry’s. Despite the product itself being fine I feel the overall customer experience with this company was poor. I wish I’d just gone to curry’s now to buy it in the first place which would have been a much better and smoother experience as I could have bought everything I needed in one go without paying extra courier charges.

Hi, We are sorry that you felt your customer experience with us was poor. The TV is sent to you directly from the factory and is sent in the factory standard TV box which does have polystyrene protective inserts to protect the TV. With regards to you having to pay extra for delivery to the Highlands, our website clearly states that it is not us who are profiteering from the extra charge as we are at the whim of the couriers.
We can only apologise for our error regarding the length of the mains lead and as discussed with you on the phone, this is the lead that is supplied by the manufacturer. We have not had any issues with the website that we suggested to you for the bracket and are sorry that you considered it to be a 'sketchy' company.
We also advised that if you feel the TV is not going to be suitable for you, you are welcome to return it to us in the original TV box up to 30 days from your date of purchase for a refund.
Once again we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service.
