We used TWM solicitors to move house and every day we give thanks that we did. Moving house is so stressful but they made the whole process so much easier. They were so patient helping us to sign and return documents, explaining what was happening each step of the way. Most of all we were blown away by the sheer speed and efficiency of their team, sourcing documents, searches, processing and sifting though surveys and condensing it all into an understandable report in incredible time. Even on moving day there were always on hand liaising with estate agents ensuring the smooth transfer of funds it really was a complete service we received and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving house. We had a stressful legal matter to resolve and had spent more than a week trying to find a solicitor who would take it on. The difficulty was not only finding someone willing to assist, but also encountering very high quoted charges.

Claire was different. After speaking with her at 9.30 in the morning, the matter was resolved by 3.00 that afternoon. She was clear, efficient, practical and genuinely helpful throughout.

Claire’s approach reflected what the law ought to be about: public service. She and the firm provided exactly that. We would highly recommend the firm, and Claire in particular, to anyone needing capable and considerate legal help. My client had a timescale to complete the exit from a bridging loan. We had a completion date, the funds were transferred from the new Lender, to his solicitor, TWM Solicitors LLP, but then we had a snag with a sub-charge on the security property, caused by non response from the Bridging loan lender solicitor. This meant the funds had to be sent back to the new lender, the completion date was not achieved and there was the possibliity that the client would be charged extra interest if not completed by 19/8/26.

When we did receive the sub-charge undertaking, 18/8/26, and informed the new lender they said that they would not be able to transfer the funds until 21/8/26, which would have been an issue.

With the help of TWM's Lending operations manager, Jess Pocock, we managed to have the new lender do an adhoc transfer today, 19/8/26, and were able to complete today, saving the client £1,300.

Solicitors are generally reactive, so my client and I were very pleased to be working with a proactive firm of solicitors and would highly recommend them.
