My experiences with Ashley at Tyrepower (Noosaville) has been outstanding. Expert in his field Ashley patiently provided the most helpful advice and service. I valued his recommendations quietly correcting my preconceived misconceptions. Anyone requiring tyres tailored to their specific needs would do well to obtain the services of this knowledgeable professional. He'd declined to sell me another set of new tyres comprehensively explaining why those I already had on my 4WD were more than adequate for my purposes, requiring only a minor adjustment. Ashley retains my gratitude and perpetual goodwill. Look no further than this well experienced family operation for any tyre requirements at Noosa. Highly recommended. It seems to me Tyrepower Noosa has no competition at all.

The Hornsby store didn’t tell me the front tyres are not roadworthy.

They didn’t do the wheel alignment correctly.

I’m never!! a person that complains but after I had no response from a email I sent to tyre power I decided I would write a review
I took my car to 222 keen st Lismore on the 15th of June 2026
I had a flat tyre they said I needed 3 new tyres which was fine
I picked my car up and drove away straight away I noticed my car didn’t feel right don’t know how else to explain it, other than it felt like a boat kind of not gripping to the road
My braking ability was really bad too and nearly ran up the back of another car due to the braking ability
After a few days I went to a tyre pump at the servo
Only to find my tyres were pumped up to 49 psi 48psi and 46 psi it’s a sedan and at most should be 36 psi
I spoke to a mechanic friend and he said that’s really dangerous and was the cause of the boat feeling and lack of braking my really upset and would NEVER!!!! use this company ever again 😡

Staff were friendly, honest and helpful.
All done in an hour.
Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience at Tyre Power, Gladstone.

We initially booked the van in for a service over email. At a later date, we confirmed over the phone that we also wanted the LH rack end, both ball joints, and wheel alignment done. We then confirmed both the service and that specific additional work again on the day.

The van was dropped off at 8:00 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., I called for an update and was told it would be ready within two hours. When we returned later, the work still had not been completed, and we were eventually told at 2:00 p.m. that it would not be ready until 5:00 p.m. Despite that, the van was not actually ready until 6:35 p.m.

The communication throughout was very poor. We were left waiting for hours with no proper updates, apology, or solution. I understand that servicing and repair work can take time, but we should have been kept updated much earlier, especially once it was clear the van would not be ready anywhere near the timeframe we had been given.

The issue with the bill was that it appeared to include work beyond what we had clearly authorised. We had agreed to the service, LH rack end, both ball joints, and wheel alignment. However, the invoice/estimate appears to include both left and right rack ends and a rack boot, bringing the total to around $1,473.90. No clear price was provided beforehand for the final amount, and when we queried the charges, we were told we should have asked for the cost ourselves, which I found unreasonable.

When we raised our concerns, the person we believe to be the manager, “Happy”, offered no apology and no meaningful solution. Instead, he stated that it was “not my problem”, which was extremely disappointing given the delays, poor communication, and unexpected charges. Our request for a reduction due to the inconvenience and service issues was refused.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience involving poor communication, a much longer wait than advised, unexpected costs, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this visit, I would not recommend Tyre Power Gladstone.

Ballina Tyrepower, My car got a puncture nearby , so being a regular customer, I pulled in to arrange a new tyre, it was about 8.00 am and there were no customers, I knew the tyre wouldnt be available but was prepared to get them to order one as i have before. Asked if he could change the spare and he said he couldn't get me in till 3.00pm. No customers, staff standing around drinking coffee, he noticed the vic plates and asked if I lived here.(lennox head and have bought at least 6 tyres on two cars). Flatly refused to do a 10 minute job, he was happy to leave my wife and I to change it ourselves in the rain, we are in our 60s. Limped round the corner to another tyre place, they were incredibly helpful , they asked me if i wanted to change the spare tyre , before they knew wether i wanted a new tyre. Guess i have a new tyre place, tyrepower should go here to learn customer service skills and recognize loyalty. Owner has replied that he offered to put air in tyre which is an absolute lie, and also highlights his lack of awareness as the tyre was unable to be inflated. This guy is clearly just lazy and uncooperative, characteristics im sure Tyrepower wouldnt be happy with.

I had forgotten what customer service used to be like until earlier today!! Thank you Tyrepower West Ryde. So professional, no nonsense, quick, clean and easy dealing with staff over the counter. Highly recommend them.

Lake Grace WA this company nearly destroyed my beautiful car Went in for a service and came out with a threaded sump plug. Went back cause it needed new brakes but the ones he ordered were wrong (thankfully) I took it too Toyota as I was concerned something was wrong. They told me about the sump plug Oh my gosh. What a horrible experience My 2018 Tourag with only 87000km I had recently bought for cash I was petrified something was going to happen to it I cannot trust Tyrepower and will never use them ever again I phoned head office and she (Asian) fobbed me off as it wasn't her concern Devastated I sold my beautiful car as I was too scared to drive it even after I had it fixed Oh and it was insured but not for mechanical I have all proof of work done Oh and while I was sitting in Tyrepower waiting for the service, I was never offered coffee They shut there nice warm office from me And were so horrible to me Pathetic. Not how a business should behave!

The Balcatta technician claimed my tyres were over 10 years old, which is simply untrue. You can’t realistically drive on the same tyres for that long, and I know exactly when mine were last replaced.
I clearly instructed them to change only the two front tyres, but they seemed unhappy about not being able to charge more in one visit. After the service, my car started pulling to the left and even hitting the curb. Instead of addressing it, they dismissed it as a pre-existing steering problem.
My car was driving straight before coming in so I wonder how it's suddenly hitting the curb now.
Don't rely on this place being honest. I would not trust them with my car again and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I was so impressed with these guys! No fuss and super helpful, efficient and great communication - well done to the team on the Mornington Peninsula !

We arrived a few minutes after 4:30 pm for the scheduled inspection, but were told off as they were closing. When we explained that we had been offered a spot for the next day, we were threatened with a call to the police if we continued to argue. We have been acustomer with Tyre Power for more than 10 yrs.

Helensvale Branch-Car shaking on acceleration- they fitted poor quality drive shaft- clunking noise when changing gears & shaking although less still present. Told it was gear box. Took car to gear box repair-told it was fine. Returned- told it needed control arm bush-they couldn't remove the old bush. Returned and fitted new control arm. Spent $800 approx and 3 visits. Shaking not fixed. Took car to Ultratune- put car on hose dignosed worn lower engine support bush in 5 minutes. Fixed in an hour and shake gone- $350.

Awesome service for a small job, so helpful loading tyres as well. These good people diagnosed a separating runflat tyre (when bmw missed it) on another occasion and I am very grateful for that.

I found Darren at Tyrepower to be welcoming and tremendously helpful. He got the job done swiftly. Darren was more than helpful, very in tune to my situation and he was extremely professional. I highly recommend Tyrepower and I am certainly a customer for life. Thanks Darren for all your help and follow up, it is very much appreciated, regards, Annie 

Extremely happy with this company, they went out of there way to help me and my wife. The service was excellent. Thank you all the office and mechanical side.

Tyrepower Croydon Vic

After being a customer for some time put my car in with a brake problem. Also asked for an alignment and wheel rotate.
Picked up car and the following:
Wheels not rotated - went back and told to my face they had been when they clearly had not (apart from the wear I have different pressures front and back)
ABS light not fixed - told no problem
No invoice detailing work done supplied.

Emailed manager (who was not present on this occasion). No Reply.
Gave feedback to Tyrepower head office. - ignored.
Took car elsewhere - Faulty modiule in car $440.

Clearly Tyrepower do not care about their customers.

Great .... I get a little OCD about my car .....but found the team to be helpful and knowledgeable.... would also recommend my new tires Pirelli Dragon Sport much improvement on the previous set. Thanks Kim & Abdul
