I've had a few tyres from this company, and to be honest, I can't fault them. Just had my latest tyre, next day delivery.
If the tyre is in stock their prices are very competitive, and the delivery time is excellent.

I ordered a pair of Michelin Road Pilot 6's on the Monday 18 April 2026 for delivery directly to the dealer. I called prior to placing the order and spoke to Peter who was super helpful, he said no problem they do take between 3 - 4 days for delivery. On day 3 I received the tracking number and on day 4 they were delivered direct to the dealer in time for fitting on the Saturday. The tyres we also not old stock as I have read on a review. Thank you I can highly recommend TyreTec and will use them again for sure

Received a call to say the rear tyre wasn't in stock and they weren't sure when they'd be getting more delivered. Peter went away and sourced one elsewhere for me so I wasn't left waiting. Great service, much appreciated. I'll be back 👍

Have used this company for a few years now and they never disappoint, fantastic delivery times, the tyres are never more than 12months old and some great pair deals as well.... Don't bother looking elsewhere.

Chatted on phone about different tyres, what I could order or not order, very helpful. Ordered online, very easy and Fast delivery and good communication. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting service. After 8 days after order they cancelled my order without any explanation. Avoid!

First time customer and I am VERY impressed. With the most competitive price I found, I ordered a rear tyre for a Royal Enfield Classic and very promptly I received both an email and a phone message to double check if I wanted a tubed or tubeless version. This is the kind of attention to detail and customer care that makes a great impression. After I confirmed with them, the tyre was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. Many thanks to Peter and the team for a first class buying experience. You have gained a new loyal customer.

Returning Customer:
I needed to replace my tyres before a tour of SW Ireland in 3 weeks and was just about to go on a weeks family holiday.I contacted Tyre Tec Trading via their site and explained the tight situation I'd gotten myself in as I'd yet to arrange fitting.Peter at TTT emailed me back next day ( outside normal working hours) with availability and delivery timescales.The price of the Michelin Anakees were extremely competitive.Having made the purchase,the order was raised immediately due to limited supplier stock of my specific tyre size .I was kept informed of progress throughout via regular email updates with delivery today as promised.Thanks again Peter,great customer service which won't be forgotten !

A local motorbike repair shock came and collected my bike to repair a rear tyre puncture. I then get a call to say they have no inner tubes and could I go to Halfords to get one as they have no stock. Brilliant. I then urgently start searching for a tube that will fit. Easier said than done. Plenty don't stock or don't have the size (not too unusual sized rear wheel). Found Tyre Tec and bought hoping and praying they would deliver rapidly. Bought Sat at noon. Well, I was absolutely blown away when I got a call at 8am from a chap who was at my doorstep asking if anyone was in. My wife and sons are snoring at this time of day. I'm so happy with the service. I appreciate its because I live local to the depot, but this is old school brilliant service and they have a customer for life. Thank you so much.

A great company to deal with, I placed an order knowing the timing was going to be tight and they had them delivered by 8.30am the day I needed them.

I ordered tyres and when they didn't show i called only to get through to a sarcastic and rude man who couldn't tell me when they would arrive. i did get an apology for his conduct, too late for that though. When the tyres finally arrived one was new the other was 4 years old. I called but there was no solution suggested just excuses. I'm massively disappointed in my choice of Tyre tec.

First time customer, brilliant Service!

I got two Michelin Road 5 tyres from Tyre Tec, after being recommended the company by a friend. I’m thoroughly pleased with the service, especially the customer service from Peter over the phone. The tyres were delivered quickly and with clear simple email tracking as to when they’d arrive.

Will definitely be getting any future tyres from Tyre Tec! Peter is a true asset and a gent!

Hi all just haw replaced my Kawasaki z650 both tires ,
120/70/zr17 and 160/60/zr17 Michelin road5.
It was ordered from tyre Tec and all from start to finish was promised it really was.
Fast delivery with tracking and great support.
Really nice and friendly staff.

Ordered two Avon ST tyres for my Triumph Bonneville plus tubes after coming across them on the net.( not used then before) After much searching they had the best price ,after ordering was msged one was out of stock and would be delivered when in stock and was that ok with me, kept informed about delivery by Peter and tyres duly arrived when they said, there courier company DX were also great, cannot recommend this company highly enough for price and,customer service will def use again ,5 stars

I ordered and payed for a tyre from another online tyre company M*tyres.co.uk, only to be very let down very badly by them, having to wait almost three weeks and when the tyre did arrive it was the wrong make and wrong size. So I searched the internet and found Tyre Tec trading, I called them to check they were actually in the UK and had the tyre I needed and they assured me that Pirelli UK had one and I should get it within a few days. I made the purchase on the Wednesday and the tyre was with me on the Friday so really only 2 days, absolutely brilliant service so can't recommend Tyre Tec enough, will be buying all my tyres from them in the future, Keep up the great work Tyre Tec.

The customer service here is exceptional. The tyre I ordered was out of stock. They notified me about it over the weekend even when they are closed, then shipped a more expensive alternative at no extra charge.

I ordered a Tyre from TyreTec on Monday and it was delivered to me on Tuesday next day, this is truly a great company, the service is outstanding and i'm very happy the prices and quality of goods. A BIG thank you to all at TyreTec a truly fantastic company.
