Fantastic company! With my fat fingers I made a mistake in the house number, the company called me to verify this within an hour or 2 and changed it to the right number. I asked roughly delivery time. Told me 2-4 days, but I already received it the next day!!!

I would just like to say a big thank you to the guys at Tyre Tec Trading for the cracking service they provided regards my recent order for two Pirelli MT21 motorcycle tyres. I stumbled across them online while searching for tyres at competitive prices, I have never dealt with them before so read some reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering, all of which were excellent. Tyres were ordered Monday evening, despatched the following day and arrived safe and sound next day (Wednesday). I will happily use Tyre Tec Trading again and would highly recommend them. A+

Ordered tyres on the internet and an immediate return email stating one of them was out of stock. I was contacted and informed that the tyre would be with them a week later and they could despatch it at that time if I could wait. I was in no hurry and needed the tyre on return from a euro trip, no problems as they arranged for the tyre to arrive the day after my arrival home. The tyres have just been delivered as per the order and promise. Spot on to deal with and re-establishes my faith in at least one UK company.

This was the first time I have used this company. Tyres delivered on time and of course a good price. But the outstanding part was the after sales service. One tyre was damaged on arrival. I contacted Tyretec on a Friday with pictures and a description of the damage. I got an immediate response to my claim and a follow up email on the following Monday with a full refund. Brilliant service.

Peter was very helpful in replacing a wrongly ordered tyre and dispatched a replacement promptly. A real pleasure to deal with this company.

I recently ordered two Avon tyres, rim tapes and a tube from Tyre Tec Trading. Their prices were excellent and the tyres were delivered next day. The tapes and tube however had been lost by the courier. One call to Peter and the problem was resolved and the missing items were with me the following day. I will certainly use Tyre Tec again and will be recommending them to my friends.

Superb customer service from Tyretec. I was contacted before despatch to be offered advice specific to my order. The tyres & accessories arrived really quickly and a follow up question answered almost immediately. Fantastic service like this is sadly getting to be a rarity these days. So glad I chose Tyretec.

After being let down multiple times by another company due to stock issues, I decided to give Tyre Tec a ring. I'm so glad I did, as two days later, I've finally got a tyre! A special shout out to Peter for being super helpful and lovely on the phone and making sure that I got the right product in super speedy time.

Excellent. That's all I can say. I ordered a Michelin pilot on late Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday dinner. With no messing around or correcting orders. Brilliant. They have great tyre prices to I found.

Used Tyre Tec when another company let me down and they couldn’t have been more helpful (thank you Peter).
They provided tracking info and the tyre arrived within days. Will definitely use them again.

I purchased a tyre from them which after some 500 miles developed a defect which was clearly a manufacturing fault. I rang Peter who was brilliant. I emailed Peter pictures of the problem and he got in touch with Avon and arranged a phone from Avon Technical Service Team. The tyre is now being replaced.

Thanks again for your help Peter. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tyres and will recommend you all the time.

I needed a slightly unusual spec of Pirelli Angel GT for my KTM 1290, which I ordered no problem, Peter called to say there'd be a slight delay from Italy which was fine by me. When it didn't arrive on the expected date, Peter sourced another one and had it sent out next day delivery. Excellent customer service, which you won't get from these companies based in Germany, France or wherever. And the price was just as good. Will use from now on, thanks Peter.
