Ordered a few Campbell polos to check quality before a big order. Very impressed! Quality is spot on—fabric’s soft, fits true to size, and looks great. Got the free mock-up and design service too, which was awesome. They emailed my design quickly.
Saw some reviews about delays, so I made sure to ask for express shipping. It’s not really promoted on the site, but I reached out to support and they sorted it for me. Paid extra for express shipping, but my order came right on time.
One thing—don’t reply to the automated emails, they’re no-reply ones. Learned that the hard way 😅
Overall, happy with the polos, and now I’m going ahead with the bulk order!

Ordered hi-vis polos for our KG High Pressure Cleaning business with prints on the front and back. Udfyn provided a free mock-up and improved our design for just $15 to ensure top quality. Really appreciated their attention to detail before production. Received the products on time and am very happy with the quality!

The whole interaction with this company has been a very unpleasant ordeal. My order took a month to come and when it did they sent the wrong shirts. I emailed immediately and let them know. I sent numerous emails that all went unanswered. I also left messages on voicemails. They eventually responded asking for photos to which I sent a photo from their site of the ones ordered and the ones I received which were obviously different and a poorer quality. They said these were the newer ones of that kind but I said no I wanted a refund. They then said they would send a return label and have the shirts collected. I had to email three times asking where the labels were. Again all emails and calls went unanswered. When the shirts were eventually collected I heard nothing. I sent numerous emails asking when my refund would be processed. They sent an email saying 2 to 5 business days After almost two weeks and more emails to them I get one back sayings it has been processed but still no money has been refunded. This company has very poor customer service, poor communication and poor quality of the items received and returned. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them.

Been waiting my T-shirts more almost 2 month without know if will come or not! Not answering also not saying anything about the delivery, say that delivery not showing! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I cannot speak more unfavourably about UDFYN. Appalling product. Appalling customer service. Appalling efficiency. My experience with this incompetent 'business' was shocking from start to finish, the whole 4 months, after ordering 1 shirt to sample their product. Thankfully I only ordered 1! Took almost 2 months to get one shirt, quality of the fabric was awful and the artwork on the front was so uneven it was unwearable - unfortunately I cannot post a picture for potential buyers to view what they will be paying for. After several attempts to speak to 'customer support' a full refund was authorised and assured it would be processed with 1 week - that was 3 weeks ago! My attempts to contact UDFYN via phone, email and online chat to follow up on my refund have all failed. No-one answers the phone, replies to emails or connects online chat - what a surprise! Have reported UDFYN to Fair Trading and bank charge back - I strongly suggest anyone who has had a similar experience to do so aswell.

Sent me the wrong shirts. Initial order was what I expected. The second order was a complete different shirt that I spent 500 to get printed on. Didn’t bother opening or checking the second order because I ordered the exact same item which actually wasn’t the same once I opened the printed shirts that I got printed on from my own printing supplier. Long waiting times in the order as well. I called them up to dispute the order. The person on the phone said management will call back. It’s been 5 days now and no one has called. Appalling business and customer service. The guy on the phone sounds like a kid in his bedroom

I called the company in Melbourne and double checked logo size reconfirm colour material all the details before submitting the order online.

Promised 3-7 business days: Arrived after 2 weeks
Quantity: ordered 4 only received 3
Quality: terrible material
Colour of the logo: completely wrong colour
Customer service: even after delivering poor quality products and stealing 1 shirt. They refused a refund.

This is nothing but a scam. Go to office works they will do a better job.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. By gosh I wish I had chosen ANY OTHER printing company but this one. Absolute waste of time!!! I should have printed this at Office works.
Order supposedly had courier booked 2 days ago but the tracking says it is being prepared for collection by the sender ie it is still not in transit to me on day 9 after paying for the tshirts. 'Fast turnaround advertised, 1 to 3 days production and 1 to 3 days delivery'. Complete rubbish.

I was initially skeptical after reading mixed reviews online, but a friend recommended this company for their high-quality products. Despite my reservations, I placed a small order based on my friend's recommendation and the quality of their uniforms. The customer service team was helpful when I reached out via chat.

Throughout the order process, I received regular SMS notifications, which kept me updated. Surprisingly, my artwork was submitted and approved on the same day I placed the order. I'm pleased to say that I received my items just 7 days after making the payment.

7 weeks later, still waiting for my 2 shirt order? No one answers ph, no one answers emails, if they reply by chat, it's 'wait one second' & they never get back to you. Absolute joke, do not use this mob.

Do not use this company! They do not answer the phone or emails, and 3 shirts, that I was told would take 5-8 days, still haven't arrived a month later!!!shocking!

Order the items now 7 weeks nothing came. They provide Indian tracking details but not showing here.

Would give negative stars if I could. Udfyn takes your money and provides blank tracking details. Poor communication and extremely slow turn around - IF you even get your items. Buyer beware…

Look I actually thought they were a scam the whole time. I rang and spoke to the same girl the whole way through got tracking details from her and tracked my package which was in India. They actually have a factory in India and 3 in Australia. After 3 weeks they I received my package and the quality of the polos and hoodies is actually very good. So no it’s not a scam company but it is poorly ran

I had previously written a review saying I believed this company was a SCAM. they contacted me asking for another chance to fix their miss communication. They were lovely to deal with and I received my customised hoodie today. It’s fantastic quality. Print is good quality and perfect I appreciate it very much.
