I can confirm the negative reviews are legitimate. I ordered a simple hat and shirt. 8 weeks later, still waiting. Trying to get an update is painful and customer support is extremely slow at responding.

Best to avoid - this seems like a complete scam. I have no conviction that I will actually receive the products as ordered and this is a complete scam website.

I was disappointed, not in the quality of the shirt, It’s very good, but in the quality of printing. I thought I was getting a screen printed shirt. In fact I just got one of those heat transfers which I could’ve got done at Temu. I also got hit up for another $15 for artwork and when I said refund my money instead all of a sudden they could do it without the $15 mock up. No, I would not recommend this company but I would recommend Temu.

Basically just one big scam. Been going back and forth for about three months over four shirts that we ordered. They charged us extra after okaying thedesigns because the files werent good enough. The phone number does not work. By using the chat messaging system, they keep telling us its too late to cancel as its progressed. We keep getting excuses like "there was a delay caused by an unexpected backlog". Then we hear nothing. A week ago they told us it was ready to ship, gave us a tracking code. The code tracking shows that the parcel is still being prepared for collection. Im going to use teh screen shots and report them to the ACCC.

Ordered 6 shirts and it took over 5 weeks to receive the order, despite the website stating a 7 day dispatch. The fast dispatch was the reason I ordered through Logoed. Tried calling the business for order updates multiple times and not once did they pick up. The company provided vague order updates via email, after continuous asking (but it felt like I was talking to a bot) To be honest, I thought I had been scammed and would not receive my order given how long everything took (and reading reviews online). I would not order from them again, and the business should update their production/dispatch times on their website to better manage customer expectations.

Scumbags. They are lie false advertising.

I'm so sad I didn't read more reviews of this company before I ordered. I will be going to my bank in the morning to get a refund. I haven't received shirts I ordered for an event this week. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have been told I would be contacted shortly every week for the last month.

they advertise quick delivery and turnaround, but are abselutely not, i am writing this review for order placed on 16/03/26 needed on 10 /04/26 i still have not yet recived it, dont fall for the advvertising, the service doesnt match up with it.

Incredibly poor customer service, timeframe is not 7 days it is more like 7 weeks. They constantly lie and use excuses for not having the items processed. I don't think they are a legit company at all.

They take a month to send it, when arrives it is through Aramex, where leaves my order in front of building outside gate. The package went gone, and they take no responsabilty to investage and refound, they say they have no control from aramex, a provider i would never use or choose...so if you order and dont arrive is at your own risk?!?! thats illegal on ACC!

One of the more frustrating experiences with an online retailer. No phone line, despite advertising, the order is not following the production and despatch timeline shared and the online chat bot “service agent” is a waste of time. I would never, ever use this company or recommend. They do not deserve your business.

What a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!! not interested in getting any work done, just generic answers to questions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I had read reviews about this place before purchasing. The trend seems to be order, they send mock ups then production takes a ridiculous amount of time. Instead of 4 to 7 days like the website says, its approx 6 weeks. I am so glad that I ordered just a sample and will not order from them ever again. Quality of the embroidery is poor if its your own logo. Colours are not quite right, and doesnt look as clean.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please avoid this company. They do not deliver!!! We waited 6 weeks and contacted them numerous times only to be ignored. We had to contact the bank for a refund. Dodgy as they come.

Definitely a SCAM.
Ordered in January, was supposed to be a couple of weeks until delivery. I email several times a week and consistently get the same message of I’ll receive an updated ticket soon, even after I told them to stop scamming me.

So waste it’s been 4 months already, not I have received my order or my refund of $1214.66

Don’t bother with Logoed. Scam. Got money back via bank dispute. Order and paid for items in January. It is now 20th march! Still waiting…..

Haven't even received my 1 sample jumper yet which i ordered before Christ. So slow and no idea what they're doing tbh. At this point I don't ever want to look at the website again let alone make an order. Never answer their phone and chat to humans who have no Fs given
