I ordered from this company on the 25th of July. I have tried to follow up with them on phone and email with no response. They do not return emails, and they do not answer their phone. This seems to be a scam company. I have lodged a charged back with Visa.
Bradalson Group Pty Ltd is the company that the charge back has been raised against. Indian office.

Extreme delay on order and what appears to be deliberate stalling tactics when requesting a refund due to delays. Paid and ordered 11 days ago and order hasn't progressed. Minimal customer support and at this stage stalling on refund request. Have also lodged complaint via pay pal to try and recoup payment. Don't use this company

I made an order for custom jumpers over a month ago. Their website says a 7 day dispatch turn around. They had delays from their end due to their stock issues. After numerous emails, attempting to call the company and live chats, the best communication i receive is my stock is in production and to wait longer and they can't guarantee i will even receive my items before the event. They have ignored my request for a refund so i can locate jumpers from another provider. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend.

Do not order from this company. No address, phone number does not work, product never arrives.

Ordered 5 t shirts, paid for express delivery. Agreed that they can deliver. 4 days passed the agreed delivery date we requested refund as the t shirts hadn't arrived and we were travelling overseas. Their response "we're still working on it"...

Easy to deal with Great quality prints on a quality shirt that fits and feels great. Highly recommend

Would not shop there like everyone else is saying won’t answer their phone/website. It says 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. I’ve been waiting six. No one can tell me anything as they won’t answer their phones as I said absolute rubbish.
They take your money quick promise the world with no product.
Try and talk to a computer to answer questions, they only tell you what you want to here, rubbish.

Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Was promised a refund 3 times and still waiting. Scam stay clear

Should have read the reviews first. No GMB so this is the only place to review. As per other reviews the phone number doesn't work. My order has been in production for 3 weeks. And is "nearly finished" Responses take ages and are generic. Would not order again

A disgusting company.
After 5 weeks, we still don't have our products, and they won't give us our refund.

Have placed order on june 10th and went for production on june 11th which supposed to be delivered by june 24th but contacted customer service and they are unable to tell when production will be completed or the delivery the products. Complete waste of my time as i need the t-shirt by 1st july since i am launching my new business. Now i have to find another supplier who can provide a bit better service.

Please be aware this is a scam website. Phone number not working. They took our money and never sent the goods. Live Chat and email working just enough to make you wait but goods simply never arrived. No refund either as you can imagine. We have made a Fair Trading complaint trying to shut this operation down.

Long delay times, no communication, depsite while completing the order it stated 3 days for order turnaround. Its been over 4 weeks and still no order.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews. This company takes your money and won’t deliver the goods. I had a simple order of work shirts, hats and singlets. I had to contact them over and over to get anything sent and it took over a month. Once it arrived half the order was missing and they don’t want to rectify it. They decide to blame the courier but the package that we did receive wasn’t full they just have not packed what was on the order. Contacting the ACC and lodging a complaint.

Go 1 size up on the hoodies. Im generally a small, medium is a better fit. Great quality material. Communication started slow but prompt thereafter. Website easy to use.

They are very quick and professional, I gave them my design , they redesigned it with my permission and I could not be happier with the result would 100% refer them to my mates and I will be getting more off them.

Awful company..ordered in March still waiting for the order have asked about 25 times through their “customer service”chat bot and they said in final stages of production now it’s changed to no stock yet and coming in a couple of days, no one answers the phone if you call..stay away
