i would say that postage could be slightly lower because it came by royal mail.
i would also add that it was delivered through my letter box and it was not signed for.

Due to Royal Mail's collection times and our own internal shipping processes (our cutoff is 3pm), we were unable to physically fulfil your order until Monday. Additionally, we would like to highlight that you had chosen a 2-day service for delivery, with this in mind, it actually only took 3 days longer than expected, which we feel is fair given Royal Mail's current workload and backlog.
