Good range of products & e-liquids. However, I did find £5 shipping to be quite expensive after already spending £25 on products, especially since the package that arrived was letter-sized and very light.

Great company and I love the bar5000…
Great company and I love the bar5000 liquid salts in my BP80, the peach is like almost peach ice cream,
I have tried other bar liquids but none are a patch on these and only found 3 places to get them so was delighted to see they had them in stock.
The delivery fee's are quitea a bit more expensive than most vape vending websites even for the tracked 48 but apart from that everything was excellent, arrived fast, was kept updated with tracking and was overall a great experience.
They also gave me a code to get discount for my next purchase with it being my first order from there so i probably will be back.
I only found out about them through a random email I received from them about a January sale on aspire products. They do have plenty other tanks,liquids etc on the site too.

Warranty exchange came good eventually
I purchased a Nautilus Prime X back in November ‘22 - decent price and delivered very quickly - but it started having some issues pretty soon.
A great shame because it is an excellent pod-based AIO taking the Nautilus coils which I find to be very good.
I contacted UAV via their on-line messaging system, twice, but received no responses.
Eventually, I engaged in direct contact with Dave Minall (E-Commerce & Marketing Manager) and, following a series of emails (reiterating the issues/explaining options etc) it was agreed that I would return the device for a warranty exchange. Dave was keen throughout to ensure that the matter be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible to my satisfaction.
Sadly, personal circumstances/commitments, Christmas/New Year breaks and the postal issues were not our friends but it was back in their hands very early in January.
Unfortunately, a warranty exchange with the same colour was not possible - Charcoal Black was not in stock, and unlikely to be so before the Spring, so I had to choose another colour. What would have been my second choice (Retro Brown) was also out of stock.
I ended up going for Hunter Green which I am now advised is on its way to me via DPD.
To be fair to Dave, I was also offered either a refund or a credit note but, frankly, there is little else in the space that the Prime X sits that I wanted.
So, it has taken a while, but resolved in the end.

I also apologise for the lack of a like-for-like replacement, but as mentioned via email the Chinese New Year also put a dent in the usually smooth process we have for dispatching a device in the same colour to you.
I'm over the moon that you're happy with our service (albeit eventually, but we appreciate your patience).
