WARNING!!! THIS PLATFORM IS A SCAM!!
This platform lures businesses into long contracts under false pretenses offering free advertising for a few month with the promise that no payment details after which they will contact to review the service and see if you want to stay on, they dont contact and put you in a binding contract you cant get out of.
They exploit small businesses using legal loopholes.
Bad Ptactice, there is a Facebook page with over 100 small businesses effected mine being one of them.
The amount of Court cases they are consistently in is staggering and they will not only scam but then go after small businesses. DO NOT SIGN UP DO NOT SUPPORT!

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing.
I signed up in good faith, expecting professional promotion for my photography business and measurable results. Unfortunately, despite paying for the service, I saw little to no return from the campaign.
What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. When I raised concerns about the absence of results and asked what could be improved, I received no meaningful support. I later requested cancellation due to the lack of performance, but my concerns were not properly addressed.
The situation eventually escalated into debt collection and enforcement action, leaving me with a bill of over £1,000 for a service that, in my experience, delivered no real value to my business.
I understand that contracts are legally binding and I have paid the balance in full. However, I feel strongly that customers should receive transparent communication, genuine support, and measurable value for the money they invest.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering this service to carefully review the contract terms and ask detailed questions about expected results before signing.

Tricked into a contract
I was tricked into signing up to a "6 months free trial" and got billed for £2000. All the leads sent in the 6 months were fake and they lied about bookings I had. Check out right Rip off Britain & You & Yours before signing up to this company. They are now taking myself and many other small business to court for a service that they did not supply. I would avoid signing any contract with this company, unless you have a professional read over it first.

UKbride has received a judgment from the most senior Civil Judge in Lincolnshire affirming that our trading practices, including our auto-renewal process, are fair, transparent, and legally compliant. This judgment, handed down on 7 June 2024, confirmed that:
Our terms, including the auto-renewal clause, are clearly communicated and in plain English.
The STOP CODE clause is neither onerous nor unusual.
The renewal terms are fair, reasonable, and legally binding.
We understand that UKbride was previously featured early in 2024 on Rip Off Britain. However, this occurred before the court's detailed review and ruling in favour of our business. The judgment concluded that UKbride prevailed on every legal argument presented, leaving no proper legal argument against it.
It is worth noting that in November 2024 Rip Off Britain chose to run the story again but this time with up-to-date information. The programme invited business journalist Adam Shaw to put forward his trusted views and he highlighted a crucial point - ‘If you are a small business according to the law you too are responsible for looking at those terms and conditions, and your ONLY get out of jail free card is if the judge considers those terms to be unfair. And if the judge doesn’t consider them to be unfair then they won’t find in your favour.’
As previously mentioned, a senior judge, after a four day hearing deemed the contract to be fair and not onerous or unusual.
It is evident that UKbride operates within the bounds of the law, with a contract that has been upheld as fair and transparent by the court.
We welcome constructive feedback but cannot tolerate false statements that misrepresent our practices. We kindly request that you amend or remove your review to reflect accurate information. Should this not be possible, we may need to consider further steps to safeguard our reputation, however we hope to resolve this matter amicably.

Ive downloaded the ukbride and it so easy to navigate. It has everything to your convenience to plan a wedding. You can contact vendors through the app and they get back to you quite quickly, they have handy tools such as guest lists, a wedding website, you can add venues, photographers, djs etc to your favourites and they have all the info needed on each of their profiles. Its helped me so much so far
