Website well organised
Website well organised - what I wanted was easy to find and when they were delivered, very promptly, was delighted with them - just as I hoped and wanted. A good price for the excellent quality. They now light up my pathway at a pleasing height - about mid thigh - ‘I’m so tempted to leave these colourful lights in situ for the rest of the year - not just Christmas!

I wanted two large outdoor Christmas Silhouettes
I wanted two large outdoor Christmas LED silhouette displays for the front of my house. Purchased a Merry Christmas Tinsel Motive and Snowflake . They arrived promptly in good condition. They match in with my other outdoor display and look amazing.
They were on offer so a good price.

Not great at all
I'm very surprised by the reviews here. Order process was a breeze and website is adequate for what it needs. The problem is, they advertise 1-3 day delivery and it took a total of 10 days to arrive. If you're in need of something and expect it to be delivered in the timeframe they state, think again and order elsewhere. Customer service is "ok", responses were slow and very poorly written. I can't talk for Item quality just yet as I've only just put up my lights. Definitely won't shop here again unless they offer some better shipping options, or just be honest about it at checkout.

Terrible customer service - do not buy from this company
Product failed after 4 days. Terrible customer service. No phone line to contact, no response from on-line chat service or email. Been waiting 5 days, so far.
Do not buy from this company!
Update to clarify timescales following the reply to my review...
I first reported the fault on the 5th Dec using the Fault reporting form on your website and followed this up by email on the 9th. The first reply I received was after I posted this 1 star review on the 10th. Following that it took a further 7 days to get a satisfactory resolution.

Good customer response time
I have had a number of things from christmas world and enjoyed most of them. I had a problem with my latest order due to some damage with the Soft Acrylic Harp. it was a shame because it was so lovely. but when I emailed them they got back to me quickly and the problem was sorted out quite quickly. another was delivered to me and it was perfect. I am happy to buy from them again as I know I will get something different and interesting for my garden in the future.
