Insuring an empty property that is up for sale. Agent on the telephone was very helpful. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. There was no coercion to take out the policy

Contact with the company is always prompt and if a return call is promised it always happens.

I insured a vacant property I was selling and they provided a short term policy and close to the end they called me to see if it was needed again, no pressure just a polite and very useful call.

First agent provided me with a building & insurance quotation which when I tried to purchase the following day the agent I spoke to told me the quote was invalid and the requote was even more expensive.

Unfortunately, they were provided me with inaccurate information about my policy and despite providing them the updated information on my side they have ignored it. Really bad and unresponsive customer service when it come to queries outside renewal.

Y'll have seen other reviews and can confirm that Big john was top notch. Knowledgeable, helpful and concise. Especially pleased how he accurately highlighted the bits of the small print I should pay particular attention to.

I live overseas and needed to have policies for two properties that I own in the UK, one that is occupied and the other unoccupied.
I found that this type of cover is very difficult to find, but John Summerill at UK Insurance managed to find both for me.
He gave a professional, knowledgeable and personal service, so I could not ask for better.
