I started a claim for damage to a neighbours property 10/05/23 and I'm not being kept up to date , I am constantly having to hound the people dealing with it , to learn anything.

As a previous reviewer highlighted trying to get a quote online for an unoccupied property can be difficult, in my case I was acting as Power of Attorney for my mother who is in a care home.
John Wetherill was extremely helpful. He patiently went through various quotes adjusting cover levels so I was able to choose the most appropriate. As the property is up for sale I didn’t know how long the insurance would be needed for, he very efficiently provided information on various options and payment methods to best suit the circumstances.
Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained very clearly so I’m confident I have the right product.

These are the underwriters of all NatWest Insurance. A manager of U.K. Insurance openly admitted that someone has toggled my marketing to off allowing them to sell my information to whomever they like, breaching GDPR regulations.

This is a follow up to my review on the 24th April 2023 outlining my complaint pertaining to not receiving refund of excess premium payments made in good faith. It has taken nearly 8 weeks and many follow up emails to get a formal response to my complaint and their long awaited response (Claire Osborne) is abject, biased and frankly pathetic.
Having wasted 8 weeks waiting for their response I will now report them to the FOS and would again urge any new prospective customer to think twice about using UKinsuranceNET as they will gladly take your premiums and should you only use a partial amount of your annual cover they will not refund you for any excess payments made on a pro rata basis.
I am just glad that I never had to use their building insurance as I am sure they would have found ways of avoiding payment for any corrective actions deemed to be included within the cover.
Untrustworthy, unethical and frankly a company who give the industry a bad name, please tread carefully.

I was needing to extend an occupied home policy which is due to expire on 20th May. I only needed a month by month as the house is in the final sale process. I was expecting to just have another month policy but had to take a year, which can be cancelled at one time and only pay for the month or months required. I fully expected that it was just a case of doing that but had to go through the whole spiel again. However, John was very understanding and helpful and assured me that once the sale was completed I just need to call and he/they will cancel the monthly direct debit. I have found both John Wetherill and John Summerill very helpful at a difficult time in my life. The company has been by far the best value and service. I wholly recommend them.

I had a problem that my last insurer will no longer cover landlords living outside the uk I went on line expecting it to be a nightmare (it said ask for someone to call you back) within seconds John Summerill did expecting lots hassle but I got just good old fashion help and service. John took us through the options allowing us to find a suitable policy at a competitive price.

The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. The person who helped me, Sue L., was knowledgeable and patient throughout, which made what is usually a rather mundane chore a pleasant experience.

Took out an insurance policy for my deceased Dad’s house. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Calls were always answered promptly and there was never any unnecessary waiting around. When taking out the policy 2 options were offered and full details provided.
On cancellation this was dealt with promptly and no ‘silly’ questions asked. They also offered policies that were reasonable cost without lots of restrictions.
